   Food was great with the exception of the glass noodles that were a bit overcooked. The taken was absolutely fantastic! It's pretty noisy but with a very good vibe. Will definitely visit again

   Although we made a reservation and had that reservation confirmed by open table, when we arrived, they had no record of it. Wait staff were very understaffed/overworked. We could tell our server was stressed and we tried not to do anything to add to that, as we were not in any hurry.

   We had a party of 8 and I made a reservation so they’d be prepared, but this kitchen is not equipped for large groups. Half the food was cold and it was all subpar, especially for the price. Will not return. It’s fine for a quick bite if you’re staying at the hotel and have no other options and the company is paying, otherwise skip it.

    Waited over an hour for food. Egg whites underdone on bennie. Drinks were slow to be served. Service left a lot to be desired. Coffee refill after asking twice. Server consistently forgetting common service 'givens' - everything related to that seemed to be a challenge even though it was visibly not busy in the restaurant. Uncleared tables all around and plates in front of us for like 20 mins after done. Will not be going back and one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I am not sure how this place is still around. Must have caught them on a bad day? Even though, worth saying again, it was visibly not busy.

    The manager said we were unable to order lunch. Said they stop serving lunch at 1:30. But, we were able to make a lunch reservation for 1:45. We only were able to order off the fried apps list. We were ready to order entrees & celebrate a birthday. We were very dis appointed with the service & the communication. They lost out on us spending more money in the restaurant. We will not be back.

    Food was entirely bland and portions were ridiculously. $20 for bulgogi and it was all of 3 small pieces the size of a quarter. Max and cheese was the most bland I’ve ever had.

    Horrible. I have never been treated at the restaurant in my life like this today. The server lady was totally rude and mean. When I entered the restaurant, there was only 1 group of guest there but 3 tables were not cleaned yet. When she served the meal I requested plates to share, but she didn’t bring it right away and doing someone different, cause I have limited time, I went to her and asked the plates, she graved them and push it to me without any words. and after that, when I requested check, she didn’t answer anything and just roughly put it on my table without any words. When I left, I asked her what was wrong. She said with anger that she just take my order and served. Just different petiole have different perception. I was shocked this happened at the restaurant in the prestigious hotel. After this, the manager took care of our check and she apologized it. But this restaurant should not be listed on Open Table.

    I was a bit underwhelmed by Beastro. The spicy pork bulgogi was pretty tasty, but the appetizers -- Korean Corn Cheese and Calamari were duds. The Calamari came looking like fish sticks and had lots of breading and very little re-formed calamari. The drinks were quite good however, and the staff were pretty responsive. There was one person for both tables and bar when we arrived (early -- around 5:30) but as the place filled up another waiter came on, and service was good.

    Dinner was amazing. We started with the wings which were so delicious and I had the pork belly and my husband had the short ribs. Fantastic. The only disappointment was the lack of dessert. They did not have any - overall it was a great dining experience and we will be back!

    The restaurant is attached to a hotel and isn’t super big. The staff was really friendly but to put it nicely, they didn’t really know what they were doing. We waited around 30 min for them to take our order and they forgot/ got some of it wrong The service was just really slow despite it not being busy. They also only took card which is fine but that is not disclosed anywhere online. I did read a few bad reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and regret it…hopefully it was just a bad night but I don’t think I would go back.

    My girlfriends & I set a reservation prior to attending a nearby musical at Keller. When we got to the restaurant, they were busy. We waited for someone to greet us we walked in but it was taking a while so we walked up to the bar & noted we had reservations. They said they didn’t have any reservations, even though I had a confirmed reservation. They found a table to seat us a few minutes later. It took 20-25 min for anyone to come by for our drink/food order. We decided to order all at once in case it would be a while. The drinks & food took quite a bit more time to get out. (We were a group of 4.) Thankfully I scheduled the reservation 2.5 hours prior to show time as the dining took 2+ hours. The drinks were great (however I ordered the same thing twice & it tasted completely different both times) & the food was good. The staff was really nice as well. They were likely short staffed so we still tipped well. I would likely visit again, but would only do so if I didn’t have anywhere to be. Overall an ok experience, but I do hope they work the kinks out with time.

    Location was great. Food was decent, it had a nice twist on the food combo. I like the mochi waffle, but they lacked the staff that could have made the experience much better. They had a waitstaff walk out in the middle of a rush and the only server was running around a bit flustered. It was an experience but may not want to come back unless they hire more people.

    Pandan Mochi Waffle was amazing! That was the only highlight. We also tried the ube english muffin benedict, but couldn't really taste the ube at all, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad. It took 30 minutes for our order to be taken and the restaurant wasn't that busy. They didn't have clean water glasses because they were being cleaned, so the ones that we did get were dirty.

    The food was fabulous! So very tasty. I had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and spam (I did not know I liked spam) and a side of French fries. The fries were extra crispy and delicious. Unfortunately, they only had one server and people that came after us got their food and left before we received any of our food. Then half of our party’s food was brought out and they seemingly forgot that other people at our table had ordered anything. We had a large party but it seemed that other tables were getting the same things that we ordered and there were no parties waiting so it wasn’t like they were trying to turn tables over. The chef was very apologetic and brought us out a crème brûlée and a giant macron that were amazing. The wait was quite frustrating though so it you’re in a time crunch, you might not get to enjoy your meal.

    Food was great but service not so much. Service was good until we were done eating and then no checkin and it took forever to waive a server down for our bill. To top it off - they charged me for the whole bill when I was splitting it with my group and charged me my portion of the bill - it was a large bill! I called - no answer and then got hung up on. Emailed and no response. I may just have to get a new credit card to dispute this and that’s very annoying. Food was good but not enough for me to go back with the billing incident.

    We made reservations for 6 for Mother’s Day. We were seated over 30 minutes late, not served water or drinks, weren’t ever sure who our server was, the brunch menu was not available as advertised, food took forever to arrive, fries were cold, three of our (very tiny not very tasty) desserts arrived after another very long wait, the fourth one never arrived until they brought the bill and we asked them to take the dessert off the bill because we never received it. Then they said, oh—it’ll just take a second. Once my husband went to the bar because we wanted to order drinks. After some time a server came by and said “yes?” When we just looked at her she rudely replied, “someone said you wanted drinks, so?” I have a hard time believing a restaurant with such poorly trained wait staff is even open. I had read reviews prior to making the reservation but thought, these people are just complaining, it can’t be that bad. It was!

    Writing a review as a fair warning. Short summary - the food is good and unique. The wait time and service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. Groups around us all had a laugh about our various attempts to get our own food, water, the check. If you have little kids, probably not a good idea to go here unless they can tolerate a hour wait for food and then another 20 minutes for the check. The servers did apologize, and it seems they just lack training, so it's probably a management oversight. Our own food order never came. We had to ask at the bar where it was. The bartender retook our order and replaced it with the kitchen. We asked for water 3 times and it was over 30 minutes before we got it. Other tables had incorrect plates brought to them and/or 2 meals would come out and then it was 20 minutes before the remaining plates were brought to their table. It was this bad, I'm just stating exactly what happened. Hope they get the kitchen in order, literally, because the food was good.
