The live music made our night!! That duo was pure magic! The vocals and keys were impeccable and we loved every minute. Beast and Butterflies was a perfect spot to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday with a view of Times Square! Our servers were so great and attentive, and they even sang happy birthday and gave my son a complimentary cheesecake! Thanks for a great evening!

We were looking for a rooftop bar. I think they are a little fast and loose with that term. It is NOT rooftop. We had a good experience which is why I put 4 stars, BUT to be clear to others. It is an indoor hotel bar restaurant it did have a good view. There are a lot of outside pics in yelp but not the case when we went. No outside seating for restaurant. Food was good, not amazing. It was good for location if going before a play on broadway. If not for the play we probably would go elsewhere.

The atmosphere was amazing, great surroundings and good view down Time Square. The food was good but unfortunately the service was very poor. We were shown to our table, drink and food order was taken. One plate of food arrived and eaten before the second plate arrived. Not a fan of eating with my partner at separate times. After that we were basically abandoned. We had to ask for second drinks which we drank in front of our dirty plates. We were looking forward to deserts but couldn’t find a waiter to ask, again no one came to check on us. Eventually gave up then had to ask twice for our bill from 2 separate waiters which took a long time to arrive. Overall service let the Venue down badly. We were celebrating a very special anniversary and so looking forward to visiting. Overall a very disappointing experience.

We booked a table at 7.30 and arrived early. We were sat promptly in a window seat as I requested. The server served us quickly and food came in good time. Food was lovely. Restaurant was quiet. Overall a nice experience.
