Overall this is a nice enough restaurant. Service was good. Food is good but not memorable. We have been there a couple times but the menu has few choices (breakfast both times) and again the food is good just not great. Worth a visit because tastes differ and the restaurant is nice and service was good.
On a day we really needed it great meal with great service.
Don't go here.
Met the chef and loved it! Great service and food. Wonderful bet for lunch!
The shrimp were old and mushy. The medium well steak came out medium rare.
Overall not a good place to eat
One of our group of 4 was very happy with their dinner, the pork chop. One person got the chicken, which was only average, and disappointing that it was served on the bone. Two of us got the sea scallops, which were delicious and served on a bed of vegetables. However, there were only 3 scallops per serving, not a good value for the price. We asked for some bread (we were still hungry) and waited quite a while for a small plate of bread with cold butter, which was difficult to spread. Overall, we have no reason to return.
We ordered off of the A la carte breakfast menu. My husband had the breakfast sandwich, which he declared was the best he's ever had. I had the chillequilles and they were pretty good, but could have used a little more flavor. The mimosa I had was not good, but the server took it off of the bill when he noticed I didn't drink it. They weren't exceptionally busy, but our server never checked in after our food came until our plates had been cleared.
Met some friends for brunch and it could not have been more perfect. Not so loud that we couldn't visit and very comfortable surroundings. Edwin made sure the mimosas were filled and the food was fantastic. We were there for about 2 hours but never felt rushed. We will be back.
Had to grab a quick meal after baklava making all day. Excellent scallops/ friendly and efficient service. Great value for the quality of food.... Plus Pliny is on tap!!
Courteous and considerate staff. Great service for a party of 12. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to host a larger size party. Dodd and drink was fantastic too.
We ate breakfast there. Nice option if you are staying at attached hotel.
A wonderful experience every time. Love their food, service and wine list. It was a truly perfect lunch/brunch. I’d highly recommend it for a date or groups.
Always a good meal and pleasant service. The menu is limited but all entrees are very good
The food was good but the service was great! Yes I would recommend this restaurant.
Food was great, service was very good but a little too chatty. One negative was that the garden outside our window was weedy and looked abandoned.
Best crab cakes ever!!! Wow - generous portion- all crab and 1/2 avocado make it a perfect lunch. Yum!!
Everything was ok but ok isn’t good enough with so much competition in Napa and Sonoma.
The service was very good, but there is room for improvement. The food was very good, we visited for breakfast, lunch and dinner menu's and all the items we choose were very well prepared and tasty. The only down side was the limited selections, and I guess that comes from being a multi role facility, You could only get certain items at certain times of the day, example if you wanted a hamburger for dinner, that came from the bar menu and you had to make a special request at dinner to get that menu and they did not want to serve it after 5 pm, their offering of pizza that we tried was not very generous in their toppings, either a cheese pizza or a meat specialty pizza, skimpy on the meats too, but it was all good. The breakfast menu was a little of the same, large plates but nothing in the middle, if all I wanted was a bagel and cream cheese, it was not to be had. But overall a very nice place to eat.
It was a slow night so there weren’t a lot of diners so it was great. The food (duck and pork chop) were delicious and the drinks were great. Would go back again!
I had out of town guests and we could not have picked a better restaurant for lunch. There was a very varied menu at reasonable prices. We had a semi private room and were not rushed through our meal . The service was wonderful and we all enjoyed the experience immensely.
I can't wait to try the Happy Hour. The crab cake was excellent.
Service is awful!!
The ingredients are really fresh. Homemade pasta has great texture, and the shrimps are fresh. Salmon is cooked just right: crispy skin with juicy meat. Even the garden mule is perfect for me.
We went here to celebrate our girlfriend's birthday & we were sat in a private little side room that made our birthday brunch all the more special. Great place to have brunch with friends!
Love this place. Location is great. Ambiance is great too. Food was pretty good. My only complaint was that the egg on the eggs benedict was really small, didn't cover the English Muffin so looked space. Our group split the French Toast and it was DA BOMB! Wll definitely go back and refer to friends.
Excellent! And loved the wine list too!
Expensive. They charged our 4 year old full price, $75, for a buffet.
Everyone was nice, but Edwin was a great server. He tried to make sure we had a great experience and provided the right amount of attention
Off night? The joys of going to restaurants on Sunday nights. Sometimes the staff is just tired or the B Team is on. Lighting was low so menu was hard to see - I would recommend better lighting in the dining room. Staff was slow in taking our order, bringing our drinks, bringing our apps and entrees. Food was good but service and ambience were off so meal fell flat.
The food was just ok and it was very, very expensive. For that amount of money, I expect amazing, top notch, mouth watering food with gluten free options. I have no problem with any of the workers, they were all doing their job - it's corporate that takes all the money.
We have been there for Easter Sunday, but we just wanted to have brunch a la carte. Instead they had only Fix menu buffet, for $75 per person!! It wasn't specified in their website. The buffet was poor, low choices and quality was meh. Not recommended at all!
We have attended this Easter brunch twice before. I was disappointed this year. It was not up to it's usual quality. The serving stations were changed and were awkward. The areas got crowded easily. It is quite pricy and, I believe in the past, it included one mimosa. Not so this year...
We ordered a salad that specifically listed iceberg as one of the lettuces. However, it was delivered to our table without iceberg lettuce. The waiter was unaware that the kitchen did not have iceberg. An inchworm was discovered in the replacement salad. The waiter offered a cocktail on the house for the salad inconvenience, however, it was not removed from the bill. We were charged for 2 bottles of water not knowing that ordering “flat” was bottled rather than tap water. We ordered the “warm” brownie dessert, however, it arrived cold. The service between our entrees and desserts was extremely slow. The overall experience was poor. The dinner was quite expensive for the lack of quality and efficient service.
If you are at the Renaissance hotel and aren't interested in wandering far, this is a convenient choice. The service and food is decent. I had a pasta dish that was surprisingly good. Ambience especially around the entry could be better...it was almost too brightly lit for a nicer dinner place.
Our food was very good, but our server made the night. The appetizers, entree's and dessert were all great! Will go back at our next opportunity.
Our server was kind but anyone we asked anything from took forever. A bill, lemons, plates for apps. Margarita pizza looked like a jar of canned tomatoes. Tacos were good but it filling.
A little overpriced. As far as the ambiance, not at all what I expected, too much of the hotel vibe. Service was okay, but nothing outstanding for it being a slow night, I would have thought more attention would be given to us. My husband and I, at different times, had to flag down the waiter to get another glass of wine.
absolutely delicious and perfect. the service was on point, portions were substantial dessert was very tasty. coffee was cold but all in all a great experience
a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner but night time can be rather noisy.
