Beaker & Gray
Start your dinner at Beaker & Gray off with the bites menu with items such as churros, shrimp, chorizo, and ginger or Oaxaca, wax pepper, oregano, and tomatillo. Cold dishes at Beaker & Gray include Renée salad, Spanish octopus and Cobia. Small dishes include pumpkin gnocchi, chicken nuggets, oxtail, duck and turkey leg. For larger appetites, try the short ribs, whole fish or mussles and clams.
Excellent food, cocktails, and recommendations from staff.
Burger croquettes were amazing.
A little challenging for conversation but worth the effort
We loved the food... I’m a Chef, and I’m crazy about that food!
Amazing experience. Jacob was THE MAN!
4 small, really heavy appetizers and 1 beer $130.
2/3 of us had stomach problems.
On our second trip here, we still loved the food, vibe, service. Menu has lots to recommend it.
Not worth the price, food sub-par - don’t get the tuna.
Very good service but food was overpriced and there were no dairy free options on the menu for my child with a dairy allergy. Would not go back.
Great meal and service. We came for a weekday lunch and shared the heirloom tomato small plate and the larger octopus bowl and short rib bowl. All good was extra flavorful and the service was great. Would definitely come back again.
We tried a bunch of stuff from the lunch menu and there wasn't a single thing I didn't love. Standouts were the roasted cauliflower, "bagels" and lox (they're not really bagels, more like savory donuts with everything seasoning), and the loaded fries. We went on New Years Day and they were out of a few items, including ground beef and shrimp, which limited our options. Our server said this happens every year, so I guess that's something to be aware of. You should be fine the other 364 days of the year and I intend to go back and check out their dinner menu very soon!
I don’t know why there aren’t long lines outside this restaurant. The food is spectacular and the service is great. The Caesar Salad is the best in town and the brunch wonderful. But please don’t tell anyone. I am glad I can still get reservations on the same day.
Spent New Year’s Eve there, the food was awesome. I do wish they had a little more hype about the new years! But I love this place, the staff is super friendly
Made our NYE dinner very memorable. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and incredible food and drink selection. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great dinner on a holiday or special occasion.
We had dinner on New Years Eve. We requested an outdoor table which they had and were fine until the people next to us left and 2 woman came with their dogs. The dogs were at our feet, in the way of the servers and actually 1 got stepped on by a server. It definitely changed the atmosphere of our dinner. Our food was very good, we shared small plates. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would return but the ladies with the dogs sure put a damper on our evening. My husband had an Old Fashion and enjoyed it. I had the Rose Wine was delicious, not too sweet and light. We had the cheeseburger croquettes which were very good but could of been warmer in temperature. The B & G Salad was delicious, very fresh and light, The chorizio was great, and the skirt steak was delicious also. There were several items on the menu we would of loved to try but were very full at this point.
Great drinks and service, loved the ambiance and music.
Came for Brunch. Food was delicious and service was great. Drinks were good. Definitely will be back
Great food, creative menu
Loved the food.
Service was a bit slow and very noisy, but worth trying
Great Food, Ambiance and Music.
Excellent tastes, good service except for a little slow with the first round of drinks. Overall very good. will visit again
The service and food was delicious! The tortellini was to die for. Great happy hour, too. $7 old fashions till 7pm. The ambience was fun. Love the industrial feel it has. Just wish the portions were bigger. The manager is fantastic! Great host. Our server was great! We had an amazing time.
Fantastic flavors and ambiance super cool!
Have been here several times before. Was quiet initially but then almost full on Christmas Eve. Food was good as usual but portions were small, especially for the price. The cheeseburger croquettes and yellow curry were our favorites. Also had the chorizo, glass noodles, short ribs, and fried rice with pastrami and sauerkraut - a bit unusual. Since they are all small plates and are brought to the table when ready, don’t order more than 2 or 3 dishes at a time or you will be bombarded with food and will be finished in a half hour. Consistently good food that is different. Will be coming back.
Great place!! The food is amazing so much to chose from and all so good! Must try the cookies and milk (mini milk shakes are cute and delicious).
I took my wife, brother, and brother in law out to eat at Beaker and Gray after hearing some promising reviews. It was our first time, and we all came away very impressed. The drinks were fantastic! While I appreciated the nod to the 5th Element, Flouston Paradise was a minor disappointment. The Lavagave and Re-Pete were fantastic. As for the food... the 4 of us nearly ordered the entire menu. I really enjoyed the Cheeseburger Croquettes, Spanish Octopus, Pork Belly and Yellow Curry. To finish things off, we all enjoyed the doughnut cookies & milk and a round of Caife Fuars...yum!
This was our third visit - always amazing. The twists they incorporate into foods that you've had many times before is really special. The cauliflower, the octopus, the short ribs!!!! ( I don't even eat meat and I loved them) The twist on the Cuban sandwich was fabulous. There wasn't one dish we wouldn't order again. ( I will say my least favorite was the pumpkin gnocchi but the others enjoyed it.)
Our experience this time, and in the past, was that the noise level is high. It's actually hard to hear the waiters. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. There is quieter outdoor seating but only for tables of two. The struggle to hear your dinner partner was worth it however. We will go back again and again.
Solid Creative Spot... I had high expectations, as I read all the excellent reviews. I was happy with my lunch. The chow and service was very good/excellent... really a standout for the Miami area. This is an excellent, casual place...and I like the fact that they take chances with some of their unique combinations. Don't go expecting greatness and you'll be very happy.
Our lunch of glass noodles (very good), chicken wings (excellent), roasted cauliflower (VG). Reuben sandwich was huge... enough to share (VG) served with fries or excellent cole slaw. Wagyu burger, excellent w/good fries. Really liked their Chardonnay choice... Joey Tensley.
Service was excellent from Krystal S. Management kept a watchful eye. Dishes/presentations were plated with exacting care.
Will be back.
Very nice place. Food is very good and service is great, but quite pricey
Creative and amazing food! Felt like we were in Barcelona again but a bit pricier.
Phenomenal from start to finish. Ambience, service etc. will definitely come back! Food is amazing and the overall experience is just fun!
Our server Stephanie was great. Nice recommendations.
Highlights. Squid Salad. Extra! - Glass Noodles-Superb - Risoto-Excellent.
Highly recommend this restaurant in Wynwood.
Great service and atmosphere!
I have been here once before and it was great. This time I went Sunday evening, the last day of Art Basel. What a pain! In future yrs I will avoid Wynwood for dinner during this event. There was too much of a problem with traffic and general chaos outside the restaurant.
Amazing as always!
We made reservations during one of the busiest nights of the year(Art Basel) so it was understandable to have a short 15 minute wait to be seated.
The vibe at the bar and restaurant was fantastic, made us feel like we were in NYC.
The menu has a variety of hot/cold tapas for sharing (b/c sharing is caring).
Cocktails from the mixologists were balanced and tasted great.
The service was a 10 out of 10; our server Micheal was on point and made sure the entire party was happy.
This was the first time at beaker and gray but it will NOT be our last.
Thank you for sure a great evening.
Fantastic restaurant... amazing food... too loud to communicate with guest just sitting across.
AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!!!! Worth the drive from Coral Springs, FL
The ambiance is great, food is delicious, crafted drinks are a must.
Food selection was lacking.
Brenda was an amazing server she described everything correctly my date enjoyed the cookies and milk dessert she also enjoyed the yellow curry and calamari I will definitely be coming back
