   Be prepared to pay for the view because that is about the only good thing I can comment on. Beautifully situated ocean front. The food is highly overpriced($137 with tip for 3 people-no alcohol was purchased)on both quantity and quality. You’d think an oceanfront restaurant would offer fresh entrees but not the case here. Pretty sure the $40 swordfish was shipped frozen before being cooked. Very bland and overly fishy. The $54 stuffed combo came with 5 shrimp, 1 crab cake and, once again, a very bland piece of grouper. Valet parking only after 4:00. Would not recommend and will not return

   I absolutely love going to the beach house each time I am in Ana Maria Island. I always stop at least one during my trip and will continue to do so. I just love how you could see the ocean from your seating very peaceful.

   We were 3 people for dinner and had one salad and 3 dishes ~$28-30 each. We ordered a $52 bottle of wine. My husband paid the bill and did not pay attention to what we were billed for. I got an alert from Amex for a $357 bill without the tip which was another 20%. My husband went back to discuss the bill and found out that the waiter brought us a $172 bottle of wine with the same name as the $52 bottle. They would not credit us for their mistake saying we saw the bottle. We had no idea that there was another bottle with the same name at that higher price. They gave us a $60 credit making us split the difference and the waiter ended up with a 40% tip for his mistake! I would not go back after being a patron for over 40 years. This is BAD business.

   If you like only like seafood, but with a great view, and don’t want to ask for any changes to the dish you might want, then this is your place!

   Celebrating our Anniversary. Lobster Ravioli was delicious, as was the Sword fish. Beautiful view of the beach. Waiter Tyler was awesome!

   Book a table for 30 min before sunset and you’ll be amazed!! Get a table outside too!! Lobster ravioli and the key lime pie were outstanding!
