We had late afternoon reservations and were seated and served quickly. Our server Todd did an excellent job, was very cordial and treated us very professionally. We had the grouper sandwich and the grouper taco. Awesome food! We will definitely dine again.

We sat next to the sandy beach and watched dolphins and other fish as we ate the most delicious salad. We ordered the lobster and crab salad which was superb. Aperol spritz was a wonderful refresher. Fantastic location to eat lunch or dinner.

Tyler was amazing and was very appreciative towards my grandfather who is a paralyzed veteran. They do military discounts!

Our first time dining here. Went based on other reviews and because it offered sunset views. While the sunset was nice the drinks were not refreshingly cold whatsoever, one came out lukewarm even. Service was okay but felt rushed. Food was mediocre at best. We love Anna Maria Island but will not be back to this restaurant any time soon.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) Beach House Waterfront Restaurant boasts a picturesque location with a stunning sunset view, and that, unfortunately for us, was the only truly redeeming part of our evening. The food left much to be desired. My wife’s salmon was overwhelmed by an excessively sweet honey glaze that masked any natural flavor and completely turned her off. My daughter’s fish tacos were average at best, lacking the freshness or flavor we had hoped for. Even my Caesar salad was a disappointment: barely dressed, topped with a cold, tough, uncut chicken breast that had clearly just been plopped on as an afterthought. The only dish that stood out in a positive way was the grouper nuggets appetizer; crispy, flavorful, and frankly the best bite we had all night. Service was another low point. Our water glasses remained empty most of the meal, and there was little attentiveness from the staff. Adding to the frustration, our table was constantly surrounded by other diners trying to get the perfect sunset selfie, at times standing just inches away from us. There was even waitstaff taking photos for guests across our table, which disrupted the meal and felt intrusive. One of the most disappointing aspects was how my daughter’s birthday was handled, or rather, ignored. I noted it when making the reservation and again when we were seated, but there was no acknowledgment. Meanwhile, the table next to us received a birthday song and a complimentary dessert, so it was clear that the staff was capable of recognizing special occasions, they just chose not to in our case. At nearly $80 per person with no alcoholic drinks, the experience simply didn’t measure up. Between the poor service, mediocre food, and missed opportunities to make the evening special, we walked away feeling let down. We won’t be returning.

Great atmosphere and lovely spot on the beach! Server was great, food and cocktails were good but not great! Just okay value for your money

We had superb service and had the most magnificent view… The food was absolutely delicious. The grouper once again was top-notch. Highly recommend it. The lobster bites were delicious as well.

What a view if Holmes Beach in Bradenton. They offer 3 seating arrangements: inside, on a covered deck & actually on the beach with umbrellas. Our Servers were excellent & very friendly & our lunch was fresh, delicious & artistically presented. We had an Engagement party & they were very accommodating. Excellent on many levels.
