We arrived late to our reservation after a wedding that ran longer than expected and the restaurant was great to still take us. It took awhile to get service and there was confusion who had our table. After a waiter came and took our order and continuously kept forgetting things we ordered, we asked a manager to have it straightened out as it was a special night for our group. The manager took accountability right away & got us a new server and everything turned out great. The waitress was wonderful and we had outstanding food! The brussel sprouts are a must. Highly recommend this place!

We love the Beach House, but the whole experience has been a disappointment the last couple of times we have gone. Even the coconut shrimp appetizer was poor. We love the location on the beach…food and service…not so much. Staff not really friendly…even the parking attendants. Sad to see. Probably off our list for the future.

It's hard to beat the setting, our table was right next to sand with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The wait staff and management were professional, attentive, and pleasant. The standard menu and specials both had sufficient options with in season features. Valet parking is complimentary with most patrons providing a tip. While the prices are high, they are not out of line with other restaurants along the beach front on Ana Maria Island. I hope that translates to the staff being well paid. Overall, a very nice experience in dining and recommended.

Absolute amazing, our server was a sweet heart, very attentive and accommodating. Even after they forgot to let her know that I had a special request when I made the reservations, she made sure that she fulfilled my request for our special occasion. The food and the drink (Elvis on the beach) was extraordinary, the price was affordable and the beach view was beautiful. Thank you, we had an amazing time. 🥰

Overall really good food. Sat down at 7:15, ordered an appetizer at 7:20 and our dinner at 7:30. Three people, my wife, daughter and myself. We received the appetizer at 7:50. My daughter received her food around 8:00. My wife and I received our food at 8:35. Through this time period the waiter was apologetic and the manager came by twice. She apologized for the long wait and for bringing my daughters meal out so early. She said because we all can’t eat together she remove her meal from the bill. Very nice of them to do that. After our meals came so late she came back and took 50% off our meals. This the reason for the average rating. They did what I would expect from a nice restaurant like this. The food was really good but the average score reflects the unacceptable hour and ten minutes to get food.

Food/drinks were great, AMAZING view. This is a the nicer restaurant if you want to do a meal on the beach.

Had a great lunch, great food and they even brought back the luau coconut bread !! Now we just need to bring back the Cuban sandwich. Chris was our server and did a fantastic job. Always there for anything we needed and answered all of our questions. We have been going there for years and it was getting a bit disappointing but our visit today changed all that. Keep up the great work and please bring back the Cuban sandwich!!!!
