Best server with a kindness(special thanks to Dorothy and Jose) But it's not easy to grill the meat yourself. The beef is a bit of a bummer.

My family and I’s first time eating here and it was very upsetting. Our waitress was so adamant that each and every person got an order. There were nine of us dining four adults, two teens and three kids. As we were ordering she told us that the bbq platters that we ordered were meant for one person each and told us that we couldn’t share with the kids, which is pretty crazy. I’ve never had a waitress from any restaurant tell us that we couldn’t share our food with our kids. Again she was very adamant and would point out that the kids didn’t order and told us that we would HAVE to put in an order for them. So just wanting to get over the whole ordeal we order three kids bbq platter and four different platters for the adults and kids burgers. Food came out and wondering why we only got one kids platter and asked when would the other two be out, waitress tells us that they combined the platters together in one. We thought since that we couldn’t “share” our food with each other that it would come on its own plate but they ended up putting it all together which completely defeats the whole not sharing. We also waited an hour and a half for the kids burger to come out, by that time we were full but my kid didn’t want to eat to anything other than burger. We asked our waitress a couple of times and as well as other staff members around. Overall, very upsetting experience especially since we ate there on my mom’s bday. My rating for this place is only becs our second waiter. He had great accountability for the inconveniences that was brought to us and tended to us whenever he can. Great service on his part as for the waitress not so much.

The whole food's taste was so bad, and especially oyster was too bad. Even if the view is so nice, there is no meaning if the staff's hospitality and service are no good.
