This reservation was disappointing to say the least. We sat next to a window overlooking the Marriott pool with a trash can where flies and gnats inhabited the entire window, not appetizing. My party of three came in after a 12 top- I know this because I heard that a 12top had just placed an order so our appetizer would be delayed. Then 40 minutes later it arrived and we were again told their was a 12top. That isn’t something a waiter should be telling their table, not an excuse. We heard this a total of three times. Then our food came out. The waiter said “oh look it’s over rice.” That’s not what I ordered nor what the menu said the dish was. He had no clue. I asked to take it back because it was a poke bowl and came with arugula, not rice. There was surf and turf on the menu for $49 that included a six oz filet and shrimp. I’m sorry but that seems quite expensive for a six oz filet with shrimp. Let’s just say I wont be going back and neither will my guests. The place looks much better on the outside vs the inside.
Good but limited menu
Austin was incredible! He provided us with exceptional service. We even doubled the number of guests in our party at the last minute and he never missed a beat. Great server. Charismatic, enjoyable and attentive. Kudos to him and your entire staff.
Weird place, it’s on the beach and has a view but they don’t sit people outside. Very limited bar. There was tons of staff but service was slow. Food was good though so I guess that’s what matters.
Great ambiance and food was great! Portion was very small
We had a large table of 10 with 6 kids and they did a great job accommodating us and the e service was great. I recommend the Grouper and the Fried Grouper Balls for appetizer. Order several of those. The burgers were delicious and the kids loved the fries. We didn’t sit outside, but the deck area looked awesome. Plenty of parking. We’ll be back.
Food was average at best. My wife’s salad was tasteless. Kids ordered burgers that were not great, and my kids aren’t that picky. Priced well above quality. This would be a great location for a quality restaurant, but unfortunately this is not it.
Wonderful service the whole staff were busy by they worked very hard and were very nice!
Thank you so much
Food, except for the French fries, was only so-so, nothing special. However, it is priced as if it has fine dining.
Menu was lacking and service was slow. Expensive for the portions.
Mika was great at taking care of us. Chef Chris prepared an exceptional Grouper filet. My wife would’ve preferred her spinach to have been sautéed longer. The wall next to our table had food smeared on it. Our server wiped it down. The windowsill next to our table had water rings from the previous guests. Overall, we would return because of the delicious food and convenience to our favorite hotel in Navarre area.
Fabulous food a bit high priced but food was very flavorful
Food was way overpriced and the selection was poor.
The grilled grouper was very well prepared. The roasted red pepper and spinach were delicious accompaniments. The biggest disappointment was price for portion. $34 for a portion of about 5 oz. The server took out dessert order and left our finished plates in front of us. Our dessert was later placed on the table, and the assistant server also didn’t offer to pick up our dinner plates. Servers were friendly but could use some additional training.
The food was good but the photos of the food and the food they had available was completely different. We drove an hour because from the pictures the food looked amazing, but when we got there they said they just changed their menus the day before so the food they served was very minimum. The food wasn’t bad but had we known the menu was very little we would have chose somewhere different.
The steak and frites are good, ordered medium rare and it came out as ordered, Caesar salad was good, drinks (cocktails from menu) were fine, the coconut shrimp appetizer was tasty. It was elevated from your average beachfront restaurant experience. Restaurant is clean, air conditioned, enclosed, and has a nice view of the lazy river and beach beyond. Service was friendly and attentive.
This restaurant has really gone downhill. We have been before. I have no idea what is happening in the kitchen. No busy Ana took forever to get food. Pretty much everything was inedible. Looks like freeze dried chicken on top of a Caesar salad. Blue cheese chips appetizer didn't even resemble blue cheese . Hamburger So Well done I couldn't even cut it with a knife and honestly I couldn't put one bite in my mouth. Our server Kaitlyn was very apologetic and personable. . A couple next to our table what just as frustrated and dissatisfied. Will never go back. This restaurant should not be offered on open table.
Overpriced, mediocre food, small-but interesting menu, ridiculously small portions even for a high-end tourist town restaurant.
This place would be so awesome if they serviced fresh local seafood and fine wines. We were very disappointed in our selections.
We had reservations and they did not call to tell us they were closing. So after a 9 hour drive, getting ourselves ready and showing up, they were closed. We then decided to try again and the food was yet.
Delicious creative food. Nice space, but overlooks a busy pool deck which obscures the beautiful view of the Gulf.
We've been here before and really enjoyed our visit. The ambience is very good and the food is outstanding. It is a little pricey but worth it.
Nice place with great views and good food. Would be good for families. Service was excellent. Drinks from the bar were made well.
Great wedge salad, scallops were really good except way overpriced for what you get (4 scallops $18)
Redfish was really good, But sauce is a little spicy. Grouper was horrible….no seasoning or sauce, on a bed of corn and Lima beans…. We were seated for 2 hours. Service was good other than having to wait on the food to be cooked
Only thing positive was the service from the bar tender. Shrimp and grits were soupy, scallops gritty, very little of each for the price you pay. Extremely loud environment! Definitely won’t be back.
Great view and good service. We are local and happy to see the Beach House open again!
Food was over priced for quality. No basic options offered for the picky eater in the group. Blue Cheese chips were stale and over saturated with a cream sauce.
Service was great. Food was very good.
It all started when our appetizer of shrimp was very mushy, it was disgusting. We received 4/5 meals after waiting about 45 minutes, but it’s understandable because everywhere is short-staffed so we were not upset about this. However, our waitress comes and says one of our steaks that was supposed to be cooked medium rare had come out well done so they were going to cook it again. We understood. But after 20 minutes and still no food and not even an acknowledgement from our server, we asked someone else. About 10 min later after discussing with a manager about where it was, we got the steak. (The steak was good at least). Our waitress comes up and very rudely asks us to stop talking to other people about what’s going on because they have no managers present and she is the only person that could help us. We had no blame for her whatsoever and made that clear, until she started to get rude about that. We made no more comments. I would not recommend eating here because after paying $38 for a steak, you would expect the service to be half decent. However, Tiffany at the bar is fantastic!! Makes great drinks and is very nice.
Always a great meal and great service as well! View is awesome from outside seating area.
Food was horrible. Calamari had good flavor, but very tough. Red fish was extremely tough and chewy, fillet mignon was overcooked and not tender. Service and ambiance was good. Won't go back.
A good place to eat. I liked the food and they listened to all my requests. My drink was good and the food was presented nicely. Very clean table and clean restaurant. It is a little hard to find a very nice place to eat on Navarro Beach area. The Marriott also looks good but we didn’t stay there
Took a little while to get waited on. We ordered a slice of pie to go and it took them at least ten minutes, if not more to bring it to us after we had already gotten our ticket and was ready to leave.
The chef is talented, the food fresh, just a pleasure to dine at the Beach House,
The Food was GREAT. The Ahi Tuna is exceptional and the special (Wahoo) was fantastic. However, the view was even better!
Enjoyable stay at spring hill suites Navarre always includes dinner at Beach house.
Bar and service are always exceptional. But disappointed that line music by fire pit is only on weekends.
Ceazer salad and calamari were great. Filet was overseasoned to my taste but cooked to perfect temperature.
Definitely one of the better restaurants on Navarre. It’s on the beach and the decor is very nice. Our waitress was very sweet and funny. We had reservations at 6:30 and already two items were already sold out. The desserts were store bought and served. Loved the fresh veggies on the plate.
Great location very nice staff. When it comes to the food they were out of the top three items on the menu. No Catch of the day, No Crab Cakes or Tuna. their menu is limited to began with. i am sure once the supply chain gets back to normal this will improve. i would go back but I will call ahead to confirm the menu.
Nothing special about their special burger. Meat is ground to fine… Making the patty too dense to enjoy. Basically, the inside looks like a cafeteria.
Rylee made the whole experience so great!!!
