Beach House Bar and Grille
Took two hours to have dinner in a mostly empty restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. Hamburger cooked beyond recognition. $9.00 bread plate was pathetic. Do not go here.
Up to this point we were fairly regular’s there… But, there was an issue with every item that we ordered and no attempt to make any correction. The menu did not accurately reflect what was received on the table.
Our waitress was very sweet and helpful, however the bartender preparing drinks was visibly rude to her when the incorrect type of beer was brought to our table. The bartender is obviously an issue at the restaurant and is destroying the entire working environment. The bald bartender with the geometric arm tattoo needs to be removed.
We spent the night, next door, it was cold and rainy. The food was very good .
The food was way over priced. The serving size was super small. Disappointed.
Love the gas fire pit overlooking the Gulf.
My husband and I invited friends to enjoy brunch at the Beach House Grille with us today. My husband was looking forward to Shrimps & Grits, I couldn't wait to try the Turtle French Toast. I also thought the Quiche might be something one friend would really like. All four of us liked what was offered on the restaurant's website. We were severely disappointed that there was NO brunch at all available anymore and a very reduced only lunch menu. To keep your restaurant constantly attractive by offering a brunch in the weekend at least and also a lunch that includes a simple Southern dish like Shrimps & Grits, be it for snowbirds, tourists or locals, seems to be a no-brainer to me. It might take us as locals a little while to return. By the way - the coffee was exceptionally good! 👍 And the "Pork Belly ..." was delicious as well as the shrimps. 👍
we Order food off of there gluten free menu and i was served the wrong dish according to the restaurant . They blame The Marriott hotel corporate on never updating the menu , so the so called chief thought it was ok for we to eat wheat when i have coeliac disease. I TOLD MY SERVER I HAVE THIS ILLNESS AND THE STAFF DIDN'T TAKE ME SERIOUS. I WAS SICK FOR THE NEXT 3 DAYS TO THE POINT I COULDN'T GO TO WORK. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR TELL ANYONE TO TRY THIS PLACE IF THE HAVE A FOOD ALERGY !!!! SAD EXPERIENCE BEING THAT I JUST MOVED TO PENSACOLA
Couldn’t be better
This was our fifth time eating there during our week stay. The food was phenomenal each time however, we were a bit disappointed when we chose to celebrate our New Year’s Eve there after it being highly recommended. The 6 courses felt rushed and the waitress didn’t thoroughly explain before ordering that we were expected to order all 6 courses at the time. We enjoyed each meal, but were surprised that they were out of a bottle of wine as it was only 9 in the evening and we would think the bar would have been stocked. As we ate each course we waited to see what the midnight toast as promised on the menu would be like but were very dismayed when 11:00 pm hit and we were basically told non verbally to leave with the lights coming on and the kitchen and bar closed down. We didn’t get our champagne toast and we didn’t even get to ring in the new year. For such a new place and thought out menu for the evening we had higher expectations. In addition, I asked for another slice of dessert and was told the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t order more drinks because the bar had also closed. Most restaurants are about customer service, even if it means running to the freezer to grab an extra dessert to go.
What a fabulous night and a nice surprise. Food was delicious and our waitress was so personable and wonderful!
Our first clue to the night of disappointment was the sticky menus cover in food debris. The service was absolutely horrible. I was very hopeful for a nicer dining experience in Navarre. I came with the intentions of a lovely night out with my mother. It took twenty minutes for us to get drinks. The server never came back to check on us or get food order. We flagged down another server to request our check and left. I cannot speak to the quality of food because we were never served. Quality of Drinks were not equivalent to the price paid.
Superb service for thanksgiving day feast. Beautiful view of water and great family time together.
