   We waited for about an hour before I had to take one of my kids back to the room since it was 7:45 by then. No food ever came. We were served drinks and we got oyster crackers for the kids to keep them at bay. After I went back to the room the waiter confessed he never put our food order in! So my husband got it to go and we had to eat dinner in our room. I think he only took my husband’s meal off the bill. What a disaster. The guy probably had a bad night but still. I liked the lobster roll but would have liked it better if I got to eat it at the restaurant I made reservations for instead of on the floor of the hotel room. It was the last night of our stay there so it didn’t leave the best lasting impression.

   We watched Chiefs beating the Eagles in Super Bowl and enjoyed the special menu. Dimi was awesome. Best old fashioned.

   Not a large selection but the food was very good. It was a little pricey but comparable to local restaurants. The lobster roll was worth every dollar. Our waiter Bill was fantastic.

   Unfortunately we went there to celebrate my wife’s retirement. We chose a pub we had wanted to try for some time expecting a nice cocktail experience. The bartender was not able to make a cosmo after two tries. My wife is not that picky either. The experience marred the occasion. I apologize if this seems petty.

   This was hands down the worst dining experience of my life. We waited 20 minutes to even be seated, despite having a reservation. We had to seek a server out just to get a glass of water after being seated by one of what turned into five different confused servers. I ordered a cocktail that came as we were literally paying for the check. The burgers we got were very likely freezer burgers, yet somehow burnt. It was my birthday, as I noted with the reservation, and they brought me a piece of cake midway through our meal, and then somehow took it back (?). Essentially, there was no service, the food was bad, and we never had water or even a drink to toast my birthday.

   Service was very slow. Seemed to be short staff. One order did not come out right (no onions asked for and onions came). Empty drinks sitting for a bit before refills came. Dirty dishes never cleared. Maybe it was an off night but not rushing back there any time soon.

    Early in the week and early evening is good. It's an intimate room, the service is excellent, especially if you're lucky and get Abigail whose timing is perfect! Food is fabulous, perfectly cooked and presented Can't wait for our next visit!

    Food delicious, but not at all “pub fare”, and definitely “main dining room” prices. If we’re going to pay that price for dinner, then give us less noise so we can enjoy it.

    We were staying at the oceans edge golf resort and this pub is located within the hotel. The food is very tasty, but the prices are definitely resort prices. The staff was friendly.

    After the initial screw up of two out of four drinks ordered, the service was extremely slow, and it became nearly impossible to get our waitress' attention at times. While the food is good, its not outstanding and I wouldn't go back.

    For $80, not worth it. I got the chicken w/cornbread and green beans. Chicken was salty, cornbread was dry, green beans were undercooked. I asked for a side of Mac and cheese and it was so bland. Lucky me, they comped the Mac and cheese which was a $10 up charge. French fries were salty, burger ok. The best part was the lovely waitress, Latetia I think might’ve been her name.

    Unfortunately, very disappointing. The room itself is at basement level with lots of brick. The hard surfaces make it very loud. Our waitress was very uninterested. The wait for drinks, ordering and food was long. The restaurant itself was not crowded. My husband ordered the swordfish. The piece itself was maybe 3-4 oz. It came with 3 slices of zucchini and a small potato pancake. Very sparse for a dinner entree. I ordered the cheeseburger medium. Burger was over cooked, bacon was under cooked. We will not go back.

    Took 30 minutes to get our drinks…apparently there was a problem with the beer system. We didn’t order beer and management appeared indifferent. Not what you expect when paying 700 a night. Unacceptable!

    Wonderful staff! Great service, quick, efficient, professional. My husband said the Cape Cod entree was the best he’s had this summer. I had a Caesar salad and grilled broccoli, also good. Terrific drinks. We’ll definitely go back

    Our server was great, as was every staff member we interacted with. All friendly and upbeat. Good atmosphere but its loud due to the low ceilings. The food was great and served very timely.

    The service person was obviously new and a little unsure of herself. I ordered a gimlet made with Rose's lime juice to be told they didn't have Rose's lime juice; my companion ordered Dewar's which they also didn't have. The brie was good but the artichoke spinach dip was terrible as were the dinner rolls. The fish and chips with "beer batter" English style came with hardly any batter. Probably won't try this again.

    We were very disappointed since we have eaten at Bayzos before and had a great experience. However, when we came this time, the server was pleasant but service was very slow and this took away from our overall dining experience. Once we were sat, one of the two waitresses working came and greeted us but didn’t come back for ten minutes to take our drink order. Then when she came back she wanted out entire order. Then, another team member tried to give us a bill…which was obviously a mistake but when i told her it wasn’t ours.. she actually insisted Lol!!! Our Drinks came another ten minutes after that. Then all our food came at once: appetizer, chowder and salad (not entrees). When our food finally came, they forgot to make/order my husbands entree. The food was good and my husband did get his entree eventually which was taken off the bill, but we were looking for the fine dining experience we received on our first visit which just didn’t happen.

    The Bayzo's hostess was very accommodating, and got us a table for 5 when my reservation was only for 4. While the service person was excellent, the alcohol and food were "only fair." The Hog Island IPAs were not up to par, the substitute Manhattans had to be returned, and were still not ok. But were not "returned" again. Both hamburger orders were over done (medium rare was almost well). All in all disappointing.
