Any Erie visit should include a meal at Bay House Oyster Bar. A great experience awaits you. Excellent food, service and absolutely the best views of Presque Isle Bay. Highly recommend.

Staff was on point. Classy and polite. Food a little pricey. Espresso martini, one of best. The view is hard to be. Was like being on vacation

I love the Bay House. I was just a little disappointed in my walnut pear salad. It just didn’t have enough pears, walnuts, or blue cheese in it. But it was very good. And I’m not overly fond of the seating area in the bar, where you basically sit next to people that are not in your party. The man was a bit loud and was smacking his lips and it irritated me just a bit. But at my next visit, I will just request to not be seated there.

Bay House Oyster experience was amazing. My son loves steak and seafood and this restaurant was amazing! Fresh oysters were delicious and we loved trying different varieties and our steak was cooked to perfection. The service was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We definitely will come back if we are back in Erie again. Thanks for a perfect dinner.

The management, the staff , the servers were all amazing! The restaurant is lovely, gorgeous view. The main problem is the food, unfortunately! Chef had a really bad night….

Staff was attentive, knowledgable and helpful. Selected a delightful wine that went well with the entrée. Food was OK, but now what I would expect for the price. Mac n Cheese with Lobster was a lot of Mac & not much lobster. The Mac was dry with lobster meat sitting on top, could have used a creamy or buttery sauce. The Osso Bucco was in a delightfully rich sauce, but one of the pieces was literally nothing but fat. The grilled peach salad had only 4 small slices of peach but a good 6 oz of burrata - out of proportion, though tasty. The delight was the crab cake starter. Well done crab cakes on a delicious lime-avocado whip. Overall, it wasn’t bad, everything was ‘good’, but I expected better.

This is my families favorite in Erie. 3 love oysters. 3 don't. The omelet ws so good. We tried two salads, pear something and another fruit one....the were out of this world. We sat outside in the sun along the lake. Beautiful. But the inside is so nice too.

Great food … Steak was cooked perfectly. The burnt pork appetizer was over the top. And the service, Simon was our server, was outstanding! Thanks for a fun night!
