   Bavette is one of our favourite places to eat – we’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and new jobs here over the years, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with staff who are attentive but never overbearing – they really strike the perfect balance. The food is always outstanding. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into the menu, which changes regularly, so every visit feels a bit special and different. Everything we’ve tried has been beautifully cooked and full of flavour. What really sets Bavette apart for us is how relaxed it feels. Unlike some restaurants where you’re in and out quickly, here we always end up losing track of time – chatting, enjoying the food and just unwinding. It’s the kind of place you want to linger. I highly recommend Bavette, you will not leave wanting – it's a unique and rare gem.

   Incredible 35th Wedding Anniversary meal at @bavettebistro tonight. The food was so good, the best steak tartare I've ever had. I was too full for desert so had to help Pam with her Paris-Brest desert. We had: Comté Cheese Croquettes Chicken Liver Parfait, House Brioche, Apple & Onion Chutney Steak Tartare, Beef Fat Crisps 500g Sirloin on the bone, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Frites Chocolate Mousse Paris-Brest, Caramel & Hazelnuts Service was 👌

   A really lovely meal for my husband’s birthday. The food is stunning, the waiting staff are knowledgeable and helpful with fantastic service. We’ll definitely be back!

   Great experience to celebrate a birthday, really lovely restaurant good vibes, staff were friendly attentive and knowledgeable, really enjoyed the food everything was delicious, great wine list. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back. 😊

   Wonderful meal and evening at Bavette. Lovely casual atmosphere, the staff were all friendly and well informed about the menu and wines and very attentive. Couldn’t fault the service and the food was all exceptional.

   Lovely service from the staff, a nice relaxed dining room full of people enjoying their food. And the food itself was utterly delicious. Can’t wait to return here.

   Amazing as always. The turbot was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pistachio and almond tart. Loved the rhubarb spritz x

   A really delightful experience at Bavette. A warm friendly welcome, attententive but not ‘over the top’ service and delicious French style food. Busy but not noisy. Highly recommend.
