I made a reservation for my best friend's birthday dinner and even confirmed it in advance with the restaurant. We drove over an hour, only to arrive and find the restaurant completely closed. There was mail and packages stacked at the door, making it look abandoned. It was incredibly disappointing — my entire party was dressed, ready, and excited to celebrate, and instead, we were left standing outside with no explanation. This experience was disheartening and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you're taking reservations, the least you can do is ensure you're actually open.

Celebrated my birthday it was so much fun. I ordered the crabcakes basmati rice and lamb chops. It was all delicious. I didn’t get a lychee Matel because I don’t drink and that was good as well. The entertainment was so fun and nice refreshing for sure.

I can’t give a completely honest review…because we didn’t stay. The place was EMPTY! We were celebrating our anniversary and hoped for a nice experience. Unfortunately, while their hours of operation seemingly accommodated a late crowd…that wasn’t the case. The staff was removing the lighting from the tables and the bar was extremely limited. We left and went elsewhere. I’d try them again…but much earlier!

very overrated. waited over an hour for my food just for it to come out cold. the waitress was no where to be seen most of the time. food is very much over priced.

I loved Batsi , it was very fun! The food & environment was amazing! The dancers were even more fun! I will say that I think the valet was unnecessary only because we got there earlier in the day and it wasnt packed but they still charged $10-$20 for valet parking. It did come in handy with having on heels though. But overall AMAZING time ! 10/10 would definitely go back & recommend to everyone

our food was salty, almost everything we ordered. when the waitress said we weren't the only people complaining of his. ive been here before on a busier night & the food and wait time was amazing. this time?? was horrible.

Crab cake was not lump crab I repeat NOT lump crab as described on the menu. $21 for a shrimp cocktail with crap cocktail sauce and no horseradish. Very strange vibes.

My boyfriend and I dined at Batsi on a Thursday night and managed to get free parking. There was only one other party inside the restaurant at the time which didn’t bother me as I prefer being able to converse with my date anyway. Upon walking in, we weren’t greeted and there wasn’t anyone at the host stand so we made our way to the bar to let someone know we had a reservation. All in all, we enjoyed our appetizers, our drinks were strong, and the short ribs were okay, but spending $250 on a dinner for 2 would keep me from visiting again.
