    Dinner started promising - drinks and appetizers consisting of calamari and salads arrived to the table promptly. Drinks were cold, salad was fresh, calamari was very good. Then we proceeded to order steak/lobster + ribs/lobster. They arrived at the table at room temperature. Steak was insufficiently seasoned. Did not enjoy it at all. Lobster tail portion tiny. Baked potato with the works - served up baked but again lukewarm. And, finally, the ribs were dry, overcooked and likely sat on the plate in the kitchen for quite some time before being brought to our table. We are not the type to complain at the dinner table. Given how long this establishment has been in business...serving main dishes at room temperature should never happen. And, of course, the server never asked how the meal was. Overall: DISAPPOINTING!

    The food was delicious, as always. We ordered the ribs and chicken, which were amazing. I had the 12-oz steak with peppercorn sauce and loaded potato, and everything was hot and fresh. The service was okay. Our server was a little cold, not what you would expect from BR, and he didn't come back until it was time for the bill. Overall, a great experience, I would probably ask for a different server next time. Sorry I didn't catch his name

    Felt the full rack of ribs were very dry. Overcooked The calamari appetizer was good. Our rib steak was cooked to perfection and very tasty as well as the 7oz filet mignon. Very disappointed in the crème brule. More like a sponge y pudding that was torched on top. Tasted burnt on top and tasteless on the bottom.
