   A lovely restaurant with very attentive staff (though not over-attentive). My partner is a vegetarian and there was one dish each from the starters and one from the main to choose from. He said they were both very good. I had the whiting for the main and I was disappointed in the lack of the actual fish, which was 'fused' with a mousse of something (scallop??). Found it a bit tastless, which was disappointing as whiting is a lovely fish.

   What are experience, on a whim we travelled to Balmoral.. this place exceeded all expectations. From the minute we walked in the door the staff were friendly and inviting. The ability of the staff to engage and make the lunch extend and be full if great food and wine.. will be back and recommending to all.

   Managed to get a rez on Easter Weekend at the last minute. We had the tasting menu, along with the wine flight. It was all paired perfectly, and there were dishes my husband wouldn't normally eat, and he thought were outstanding.

   Excellent service. Food flavours and textures beautiful. As always a very special venue, beautiful views of the beach and incredible food.

   Absolutely stunning restaurant with the best food in Sydney. Praise to the staff who are down to earth, personable and highly knowledgeable.

   Lovely welcome from the Bathers team n brought us to the nicest table of the restaurant! Thank you so much🙏🏻🙏🏻 Food was amazing from snacks to Appetizers to main course…. We were going to have desserts but sadly the offerings were not too exciting at all… but was v satisfied with our meal😝🙌🏻🙌🏻 View was to die for and we caught the last of the sunset!! Stunning!!👌👏🏻👏🏻 Fabulous birthday dinner n what a feast it was too! Great night out👍 Well done Team Bathers!!

   Service was lacking - multiple mistakes with the order - forgotten dishes - one arrived we didn't order. They were very apologetic however I was surprised at these types of basic mistakes at this calibre restaurant.

    Amazing food. Service was friendly. Waitress forgot one of our dishes so had it sent to us very promptly after we reminded her. Lovely location. Highly recommend!
