    Šparoge su bile fantastične, točno takve sam želio da budu. Punjeni batak i zabatak isto tako odličan. Došli smo kasno pa su ostala samo 4 različita deserta, brownie odličan kao i uvijek.

    Nije se postivala napomena iz rezervacije da se radi o posebnoj prilici (rodjendanu) i da nas se ne stavlja na prolaz. Stavljeni smo tocno uz prometni dio gdje se prikupljaju narudbe za van i gdje ljudi cekaju narudzbe. Jaki reflektor iznad stola. Uz upit o dobivanju boljeg stola i napomeni rezervacije, voditelj bezobrazno odgovara da nema stolova, da su vece grupe prioritet pa da ne mogu nama udovoljiti. Hrana je dosla mlaka i hladna na stol. Predjelo je doslo samo muzu, meni ga nisu donijeli jer su pretpostavljali da ga zelim jesti kao glavno jelo iako sam konobaru rekla da je to za pocetak. Pri placanju racuna odmah si uzmu 3% extra i onda ti nude da odaberes koliko jos napojnice zelis dati. Prisilno uzimanje napojnice. Jedina osoba koja je bila ljubazna i u potpunosti profesionalna i simpaticna je bila mlada dama koja nas je docekala, pokazala sam stol i izrazila zaljenje zbog nepostivanja rezervacije.

    Obožavam taj ugođaj sa prigušenim svjetlima, kožnim naslonjačima i osjećajem privatnosti za svakim stolom. Svaki put kad jedem u Batku, hrana je iznimne kvalitete i jako ukusna - nikad iz restorana nisam izašla niti gladna niti razočarana. Ovaj put sam jela čobanac koji je bio iznimno ukusan, a porcija taman. Inače volim ljutu hranu i oduševilo me što su ljuti umaci (uzela sam najljući, Vatru) doista ljuti. Jako često u restoranima tražim ljuti umak, a dobijem neku nevjerojatno blagu varijantu koja nema veze sa ljutim umakom. Tako da - svaka pohvala za umake! Osoblje je stručno, uslužno i spremno pomoći. Generalno - sve pohvale i preporuke za ovaj restoran! 🙂

    Osoblje sporo i nezainteresirano, a hrana hladna nakon 55 minuta cekanja iste. Prije 1-2 godine Batak je bio puno bolje mjesto za ručak s puno profesionalnijim pristupom konobara.. šteta
