   We enjoyed this month's featured entree, bouillabaisse, and the rose pairing. We ate at the bar, which we really enjoy. It was a pleasure to see Juan and Mike again -- Bastille is a neighborhood favorite for date night.

We reviewed the timing of your visit and it seems things moved along steadily—you were seated at 4:56 pm, greeted shortly after, your order was sent to the kitchen at 5:06 pm, your medium well steak was served at 5:26 pm, dessert and coffee ordered at 5:48 pm, and your party departed at 6:05 pm. While the timeline suggests a steady service flow, We clearly missed the mark in making you feel attended to, and We definitely would like to understand why. Would you mind sharing a bit more about what made you feel that way? Your input is really valuable to us, and we’d love the chance to improve.    The beauty of this hidden gem is that great effort is made to replicate a French dining experience. The dining menu is first rate and should appeal to real connoisseurs of French cuisine and wines, and the table service is formal enough for the bon vivant.   if you’re looking for a local French twist, add the Bastille to your list of date night favorites.

   Quality of the food is excellent. While expensive, you certainly get what you pay for. At the time of visiting, the air conditioning was not fully working, but it did not retract too much from the experience.
