What a wonderful place for a special occasion!! Our 25th anniversary during COVID turned out to be perfect at Bass Bay!!
No Baked Potato, Soup or Salad Offered with Entree. Small Bread portion. Portions seemed small.
Excellent service and amazing food!!!
Here for a bday brunch. The service was amazing. The food was great...especially the hash brown casserole! Drinks were amazing. ...and to top it off the surprise cherry cheesecake parfait for the birthday girl!!
Our server was phenomenal! 3 people ordered the fish fry, and 2 of 3 did not enjoy it. Appetizers of cheese curds and onion rings were very good. Burgers were enjoyed by all, and so was the shrimp scampi. Only complaint would be that we were brought a Anniversary dessert to share, but were charged for this dessert? Would definitely return!
The pot roast is perfection ! The wait staff was attentive !
Always out family’s go to spot! Came in to celebrate my moms birthday (the caramel apple dessert was amazing). Cant wait to come back for the new outdoor pods/group seating!
2nd time. Great experience. Food and drink variety and quality excellent. Love the view and area.
Enjoyed our time. This was our first time out and felt comfortable. Food was as great as we remember
Love this place as always. Great food and ambiance.
Great "outdoor" seating in the tent. Ordered the French dip - was excellent!
Food was very good. The virus issue seemed to have many customers on edge. The majority were wearing masks when they arrived, just the opposite from a few weeks ago. Hard to think they wore them because Evers said to.
Ate outside on the patio overlooking the water and bar area. Food was excellent, as was the service. Only thing was it did get a little cold even with the outdoor heaters so I recommend bringing a jacket especially this time of year
The restaurant was great. Friendly service, food was excellent
Food was good
Not as hot as it should have been
Wait service sucked, waited and waited for her to come back
Michelle was fantastic. She was there when we needed something but not checking too often. She was very friendly and we felt like we were with family. A lot of available seating inside and out (early Sunday morning). We were greeted with smiles and asked as to what our seating preference was. I hate to say it, the food was better than what I can make.
2/10 entrées were cold. Service was good. Hot food was good. Drink selection great. Ambiance great!
Service was great, very good waitress. Food was ok. Came out room temperature, seemed like it was sitting for a while. We were in the enclosed patio- it was cold in there! If you have a big group, expect to be put out there.
We went for my Mom’s birthday. Every table was socially distant and the wait staff was all wearing masks. We felt very safe. We had a great dinner and everything went well.
Our table was not ready when we arrived. After being seated and ordering drinks we then ordered our food which took over an hour to get to us. When we complained they blamed it on the fact that they had a wedding with over 200 people to feed. NOT MY PROBLEM!! They did comp our round of drinks.
Outdoor seating is beautiful. We had a great dinner with friends. Will be back.
Ordered the beef barley soup. It was quite salty and had just juice not much else. Ordered the chicken fried chicken and the mocha dessert both excellent. Service was excellent. Our only disappointment was the soup. All four of us ordered the soup and all four of us received basically salty beef broth with not much else.
We did reserve an outdoor table but someone in our party wanted to sit inside. They started to seat us in the area near the bar and closest to the windows. I was seated in that area previously and it is extremely noisy. It was not crowded but you could hear the noise level was high. They were nice enough to seat us in the larger dining room to the right of the bar.
We had a delightful lunch other than the disappointing soup. I would recommend.
The view was beautiful! Our server was very good, but it was very noisy and the food was disappointing and overpriced we felt for the quality
There was no social distancing at all. Very crowded and noisy.
Bass Bay never disappoints
Making reservations online was very easy and convenient. We were seated outside and had an amazing waitress who was attentive and so friendly!
Casual and comfortable ambiance with upscale food and service
One of our favorite places. Love the menu and how flexible they are with the menu. We had great staff. The only complaint I have, is how loud it is. We were there on a Thursday evening, and it was pretty busy. It gets loud in the dining room making it hard to hear the person next to me talking.
Went for dinner with 3 other couples to celebrate 1st year wedding anniversary. Prime rib special was delicious. Had a very nice table by the water. Mosquitoes got bad around 9 pm. Outside bar and fire pits nice extra.
The available outdoor seating was fantastic. All servers were wearing masks, even outside.
Loved the pontoon ride with captain Wayne. Very informative & a nice way to pass the time while waiting for a table.
Food was outstanding.
Great meal sitting outside near the lake.
Good hamburger and french fries. Service was slow and my martini was warm. Beautiful night though with a view of the lake and pleasant breeze.
Excellent service and delicious food. Pretty view from a beautiful patio.
Great place, great food, great drinks, great view, great service. We will be back.
We had a wonderful time ! And the waitress was awesome.
This is a gorgeous restaurant on Big Muskego lake with nearly 360 views of the water plus plenty of outdoor seating. The waitstaff is excellent. I would have given 5 stars however our food took well over an hour to arrive at our table. It was good, but not good enough to justify such a wait. For refence, I ordered the fish fry and my husband ordered the french dip. Two meals that realistically should take no more than 10 minutes to put together.
Scallops risotto, shrimp scampi, crispy salmon all done to perfection. Plan ahead if you want to dine outside.
it was nice to be outside close to the water. It was very busy but they waited on you in a timely fashion
Our waitstaff was very good. The food was fantastic. The view of the lake and setting sun was everything we hoped for. The only downside was our table was on grass and leaned a little down hill, we fixed it by putting 2 legs on saucers and continued to have a great time visiting with friends.
