Uno de los mejores lugares para ir a cenar tu comida italiana favorita. Nuestra visita a Basile fue encantadora lo volvería a repetir. Se los recomiendo. Una calidad de primera !!

Despite some of the negative reviews, I decided to make a reservation pre marathon dinner with some friends that came to town. We arrived at 7:30 pm promptly. The table wasn’t ready despite the restaurant not being full and our eventual table being empty, but our food was not served until 9:15 pm!!!! The issue…no one came to apologize. The waiter made us aware of the delay after we ask. The restaurant was only at, maybe 40% capacity, though we were told the kitchen was backed up. I asked the waitress to have the manager come over but she sheepishly smiled and the manager NEVER came. Thirty minutes after, the food still had not arrived. Personally I had lost my appetite, another guest had a headache, and it was then they offered bread and wine (not even an appetizer). No one was in the mood anymore. I dont have an issue with a restaurant having operational issues. But I have an issue with a manager not showing face and sending a very nervous and young waiter do the dirty work. By the time we left, only two tables were being served and ours was one of them. Their service is absolutely terrible and despite the food being decent, I wouldn’t take a chance that this would happen to you if you wanted guests to have a good time, a decent meal, at a decent time.

Hidden gem! Went on a Saturday night and was relaxing , quiet, and very enjoyable. Everything from the cuisine to the service the the ambience was perfect. The surf and turf , filet , and salmon were all 10 out of 10. Don’t pass it up !

We once again return to Basile for another fantastic meal, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. It is never a disappointment.

Food and service were as expected from a fine dining restaurant. We had the best cocktail - Boston Classic and the organic wine. We plan to host our events at Basile now.

Wow! This place is amazing! The decor is absolutely gorgeous, classy, old world elegance meets new world sophistication! The vibe is great! The food is amazing especially the Sea Bass w spinach & risotto. Great crafted cocktails too! A new favorite restaurant for sure! 10 out of 10 perfection exc keeping it truly honest, just a little less than perfect was our waiter who was a bit new at it I think but very kind so didn’t matter (btw, other staff more experienced). If this restaurant offered valet, I think getting a reservation would prove very challenging!

Easily the best experience I’ve had. First time in Boston and I would highly recommend this place. The food was amazing and tastes so fresh, the service was amazing and we felt so cared for. Marco made sure we had a good experience and didn’t feel rushed, for how late it was.

Marco was an excellent server and the entire team was very attentive and did everything they could to give us an excellent experience. We were a large party but never felt rushed or had to wait long after we put in orders to get our food/drinks. All of the food was truly excellent and I can’t wait to come back, especially for the frutti di mare which had all kinds of perfectly cooked seafood. We also got a special birthday surprise that was really a sight to behold and made my day! The team has only been working together for 10 days but knocked it out of the park, so I can only imagine what it will be like once they’ve had some more time together. I can’t wait to come back!
