   We found this gem of a restaurant in an area with many worthy contenders. While casual in appearance, this restaurant has a most interesting menu with creative options (ie: parpadelle stuffed with potato and tarragon, with grana padano fondue, hazelnut pesto and sausage. ...and I didn't even know that you could stuff parpadelle!). This dish, along with all the other ones that we ordered, were as delicious as they were unique. Staff were warm and welcoming, with a special thanks to our waiter (Ricardo) who exemplified this family's commitment to excellence. This is an establishment worth searching for but, if you are in the immediate area, it certainly should not to be missed.

   A true find. This small family owned and run restaurant offers carefully prepared artisanal dishes (try the risotto for two) and a wonderful wait staff who offer suggestions. Don’t let the checkered tablecloths fool you , Barzac is so good, we ate there two nights in a row. Watch the cooks at work: perfection. It’s modern , lively, and memorable.

   A parte la cortesia del servizio, purtroppo c'è ben poco da salvare. Il menu risulta eccessivamente ricercato per un ambiente che si presenta come una trattoria, e la cucina, a conti fatti, non ne è all’altezza: i piatti erano deludenti nel gusto e nella qualità. La lentezza del servizio è stata esasperante. Per un pranzo composto solo da antipasto e primo abbiamo impiegato oltre due ore, vivendo tutto il pasto con l’ansia di perdere il treno. E no, dire “eh, ma siete arrivati tutti insieme” non è una giustificazione accettabile da parte di un professionista. La ciliegina sulla torta? Una semplice pasta in bianco per un bambino di 15 mesi, addebitata a 16 euro più 3 euro di coperto. E nonostante la richiesta esplicita di cuocerla senza sale, è arrivata salatissima.

   It was a pleasure to had the possibility to eat in this fantastic Restaurant. We loved the food, the incredibly nice owners, staff and lovely atmosphere. As soon as we are back in Milan, we will come back for sure!

   Food is pretty good but everything comes with Potatoes only! No other vegetables available! I don’t even consider Potatoes being a Leafy Vegetable, it’s a starch. The Asian looking waitress ( I am Asian American myself and not making racial comment, just to point out the specific server) have limited knowledge of the menu and did a poor job serving the meal. The Starter Cheese tray , salad and main course ALL come out at the same time after an extended wait, instead of have the cheese come out first ( it requires no time for preparation hardly), followed by the salad ( only consisted of some lettuce and tomatoes) then the main course. Our table was very small and can not even accommodate all the huge plates ( the plates are huge but the food portion was small!)

   Buongiorno grazie per la sua recensione, le patate non sono l’unica alternativa, ma abbiamo anche insalata mista ed indivia con uvetta e pinoli. Per quanto riguarda la cameriera, lavora solo da 2 giorni sta imparando, sicuramente migliorerà
