There was no regard for Covid. Tables were not seperated. Diners were not seperated. there was a table not even two feet from us, sharing a booth. The server kept removing his mask to speak to us. we asked for our meals to go halfway through to finish them at home when we got home we discovered more than half the boxes were not even put in the bag. called three times to speak to management, no return phoen call. emialed, no return email.
Very loud but the food and service was amazing. It’s worth the coinssss.
Awesome and memorable experience for my sisters birthday!
The food was over priced. The food lack seasoning especially the steak and the lobster pop tarts were fishy. The drinks were expensive with little to no alcohol
It was very good. The service was great. Food came out super fast and my server was efficient and always around to take care of us.
Our server she was amazing but unfortunately the food was not what I expected for the price. My stake was over cooked and hard. The lobster Mac and cheese had only 2-3 pieces of lobster. It not what I expected.
Speechless ... nice experience.
Just a great experience with the presentation and the food was delicious !!
Overall very good experience and the food was amazing!! A bit pricey but worth every penny spent.
I’m sorry but besides the props there was nothing special about the food at all. Please don’t eat the devil eggs, thank me later. Salmon was dry and no special flavor just bland. I believe it’s way over priced for basic food. Chima, Ruth Chris, all the other upscale restaurants are worth it but this just wasn’t it for us. It’s a NO for me
Excellent ambiance and excellent food but the service and waitress/waiters were superb!
Best experience ever
The experience was great! The service & food was absolutely amazing. My only issue was the table was in the corner close to the bathroom. I feel like we we’re just thrown there and I saw so many available tables. I didn’t want to be the complaining guest so we just stayed there.
Food was great as well as service and ambiance
Barton G was a very romantic spot for our birthday celebration. The food was fresh, tasty, and delivered hot. The desserts were exquisite as well. Love this place. Awesome!!
Everything was beyond spectacular. The waiters were very tentative and delightful. The food was super yummy definitely worth the money.
Everything was good, except for the service. The Host was very rude and the waiter wasn’t that nice .. The restaurant was totally crowded
Food was great. Dress smart casual. Desert was fun
We were seated outside which at first I didn’t particularly care for but I thought we’d give it a minute. We ended up staying at our table ( myself and a few teenagers)
The food was good it could have been better for the price but the drinks were amazingly delicious. We loved the Setting and the Service was awesome. There’s only one complaint that comes along with the compliment the waiter brought out 4 drinks that were not asked for (Naughty Waiter) had it not been my birthday I think I would have taken a sip and Asked was this one on him or the manager since I did not request it. However, we enjoyed another round and called it a night . Table 91 check #14 date 10/11/20
The most important question to be asked about any restaurant, regardless of price, is, “Would you go back?” The simple answer here is “No.” The food was ok, not great. Not wow. Not memorable. A tiny amount of popcorn shrimp sat atop a mound of pedestrian popcorn. The lobster pop tarts were so tough to cut through that the puff pastry disintegrated, revealing lobster chunks with not much flavor to them. The short ribs were cooked perfectly, but in a BBQ sauce similar to any sauce found at any other restaurant. The presentations (plenty of photos online) were amusing at first, but so large and cumbersome they had to be removed from the table almost immediately. And the desserts were downright mediocre. Marie Antionette’s cotton candy wig melted so quickly and savagely it morphed into what resembled a bloody massacre. Yes, we sat outside, but I’ve had cotton candy at The Youth Fair, and it didn’t lose it’s shape so quickly. The brownies in the ice cream dessert were chewy. And even though the carnival elephant ears were downright addictive, let’s be honest here: How hard is it to make elephant ears? Now, if this were a moderately priced restaurant, most of these flaws could be overlooked. But our bill for six people with a total of seven drinks was into the four digits. THAT is simply unforgivable. For that price point, I was expecting a meal that would lodge itself into my memory as so many others have done for way less money. So skip this overhyped, overpriced, mediocre joint and stick with a more traditional spot.
Very unique & awesome dining experience. Foods were excellent & the presentation is out of this world. Beautiful outdoor garden seatings. A must try if you’re in Miami.
Fabulous presentation but a little pricey
Drinks overpriced for the type of cocktail and the drinks aren’t strong
Great place to celebrate my niece on her 16th birthday
A exceptional Restaurant, me & my two guest were escorted & seated at our table right away, The server Jessica was very attentive to every detail. She was always on time, food came out real quick considering they was packed with a wait. I will be returning and look forward to visiting their other locations especially in LA.
This was our first time at Barton G, and we absolutely loved every minute of it! We had outdoor dining and loved the garden like, tranquil feel. The food of course was presented magnificently, and it tasted just as good as it looked! We also appreciated the fact that we didn't have to wait a long time to get our appetizers or entrees. Even though it's slightly more expensive than a normal restaurant, you definitely get what you pay for with the quality being so good and the amount of food you get. We will DEFINITELY be back!
Our waiter was quick and efficient. The food and drinks were amazing!
Everything was amazing and delicious! Definitely coming back when I return to Miami!
It was a great experience. Great food, drinks and service
Your definitely paying for the experience. The food was good but def could have had a tad more kick to it. What will say is the service was outstanding. from the minute I walked into the restaurant until I left.
This is a place for a younger crowd that likes EXTRA! We went for a nice dinner for our last night in miami, but we were disappointed. It's too much going on in there to even enjoy your meal and company. The food was just okay.
My host were amazing. My party and myself enjoyed ourselves so much. We had a lovely time and my girls were amazed at all the props.
The experience is super fun. The entrees and drinks are expensive, but worth it. The short ribs are out of this world!! Make sure you are your server for specials BEFORE ordering. If you order something and then want a special, they won't allow you to do it because you ordered first.
Don't forget to make a reservation as they tend to not take walk-ins.
Another great experience at Barton G! Food, Service and Ambiance were all great. I felt ”covid” safe during my experience.
Great Bday Dinner
You must go to this restaurant when your in Miami .
I really enjoyed the dessert... I'm not a big chocolate person but the dollar bill will convert you to a chocolate lover! The drinks came out with exceptional speed
Once again, we had a reservation that was made 3 weeks ago and requested the waitress Jessica. We arrived at the hostess station, had to wait 5 minutes before we were greeted and then told that our requested waitress, was unavailable to serve us.
Ok, now for the better part of the review. After finally being seated, our waitress, Monica, came to the table and acknowledged that we were celebrating a birthday. I really appreciated that she mentioned this as we were there to celebrate my
boyfriend's daughters 17th special year!!!!
Monica was excellent! She recommended the non alcoholic nitro drink for the under age drinkers and they loved them! After serving them, she took our order. Everything from our appetizers, the popcorn shrimp and the Ceasars salad, to our entrees, the sea bass, salmon, short ribs and chicken were outstanding!!!! The finale came with the ginormous and I mean ginormous ice cream sundae of which we all managed to finish! Through the entire dinner Monica was making sure our beverages were filled and that all was well!!! Thank you Monica for making the evening wonderful!!!
The food was very good and the atmosphere was right on time what I needed!
