Please save yourself the trouble and do not make a reservation. They repeatedly accept reservations and then you arrive to find that the restaurant is closed “Due to unforeseen circumstances.” Even though they could easily text anyone who made reservations, they simply choose not to. They should be removed from the app. Clearly they don’t know about customer service and experience.. if they are this incompetent, how could anyone even consider eating in their establishment?この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Made a reservation for 4 people several weeks ago and had it confirmed on open table prior to the date. I even modified my reservation the day before and it was confirmed. Arrived with my party only to find the restaurant was closed. No notice given to me at all. Was extremely embarrassing and incredibly inconvenient and I now had to scramble and find a place for dinner at 8;00 on a Saturday night. Totally unacceptable.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Not sure about this place, being that we were not notified that it was closed until we traveled an hour to get there and seeing a note on the door, due to unforeseen circumstances they were closed, i understand that things happen, but please notify your patrons that made reservations specifically to celebrate a birthday, in which we had to make the best of it and find someplace elseこの情報は役に立ちましたか？

Bartini must be in process of closing. We made reservations on-line for two different nights and both nights, we showed up and the restaurant was closed. I called and left voice mails, no response. Zero acknowledgement that they have outstanding reservation and nobody had the decency to let us know that they will no be open. We have noticed that the quality of this restaurant was going down hill over the last few years, so the culmination of the likely closure is not really a surprise.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
