Hola. El restaurante está cerrado desde hace más de un mes y abrirá sus puertas de nuevo en otro mes. Actualmente sólo hay servicio de cafetería. Esto deberían saberlo quienes crean que van por una comida en forma. Nos decepcionamos.

Gran lugar. Soy intolerante al ajo y cuidaron todo mi menú. Pidan algo con mole, viene muy bien presentado todo.

El lugar está en el Museo Internscional del Barroco, sin embargo, es el edificio menos barroco que hay en Puebla. Los platillos son un concierto de sabores y texturas, también son obras de arte por la calidad de emplatado que tienen. La carta de vinos es extensa y las recomendaciones del sommelier son perfectas. Excelente lugar para celebrar o para amantes de la alta cocina.

El restaurante tiene una pretensión, pero no lo logra. La pretensión es ofrecer un nivel de comida acorde con el museo (alto nivel), el menú es diferente atractivo, coherente con el museo y novedad. Sin embargo, desde la puesta pierde la coherencia, manteles, cuchillería, copas, cerámica, todo, nada mexicano y mucho menos con temática acorde con el museo, Puebla ostenta suficiente producción de todos esos elementos como para sustituir y convertir al restaurante en una extensión del museo, la misma tienda del museo tiene algunos producto y esto sin necesidad de convertir al restaurante en fonda (que no debe ser el propósito). El servicio, distante, lento y con mucho platillos no disponibles por que la cocina abre tarde, esto es inaceptable, ya que el restaurante solo abre al medio día, no había ni pato, ni pollo, por lo que los platillos con dichos ingredientes no estaban disponibles.

Este lugar me gusta mucho. El problema es que hice esta reservación y no había forma de saber que había un evento y el restaurante estaba cerrado. Llegamos y obviamente no nos atendieron. Llamé para entender qué había pasado y nadie me contestó. Ojalá sean más consientes con este tipo de detalles ya que es una falta de respeto para las personas que reservan.
