I had a lunch date with my daughter, and discovered she has never eaten at Barrio Brewing Co — and we live in the area. So I booked a table for us and commented that we would like a window seat. We arrived right on time and they were ready for us with our table reserved. It was a very nice lunch, and Barrio Brewing Co gained a family of new customers.

Nice local brewery, nothing fancy but good solid burgers and appetizers. Fun to watch the planes and helicopters on the adjacent runway. Excellent selection of beers.

Food was good, had the spinach and artichoke dip and the western burger with fries. Dip was pretty good, burger was good. Fries were ok. Was a little let down by the beer, Mocha Java Stout and Nathan’s porter. Java stout was not filled properly and not really as described. Porter was also average. Great location and it was fun watching Allegiant planes taking off. Mountain backdrop was great. Periodic runway cannons going off too was a topic of conversation for those outside.

Dinner & drinks with my MIL. ALL WAS GREAT. Love coming to unwind after work or weekends. Food and service never disappoints. We like the draft choices too. I was happy to get a table outside. Great to know I can make reservations because when it’s too busy to wait we find alternatives.

I'm a regular at The Barrio, but I usually only have their beer. The wife and I occasionally have dinner there. Our favorite two Barrio menu items have always been the phili cheese steak and the pesto panini. On this dinner visit, we learned that the menu changed - and now includes neither! of our favorite dinner choices! Sad. As for the service, our waiter was super. The Barrio should double his pay. I wish I'd caught his name...

This is a FYI to Open Table. We arrived with your confirmation that we'd booked a table and they had no clue! So, letting you know that this particular restaurant should possibly be removed from the ability to make Open Table reservations. We were able to get a table but after receiving the confirmation, I figured it was a done deal. Shame on me. You may consider reaching out to this restaurant to ensure that any future reservations made via Open Table are visible to them and acceptable on their end.

We ate here on the eve of my fiancé going wedding dress shopping. This was the site of our first date and I proposed to her under the gazebo here. We set up a 7:00 appointment and we’re seated promptly. Unfortunately it was almost 15 minutes before our server even came to greet us. We ordered drinks and appetizer right off the start. The server had no idea what size beers they offer. We waited a while before we saw her again. We ordered food. Almost 30 minutes after that we inquired about our appetizer after having to flag her down. Forgot to put appetizer in and then informed us that the food was almost out and she could put it in. We declined. Only saw her 2 more times after that. All we got was a giggle and “oops. Sorry.” Very disappointing. The beers here are SO good and food is great, but service is lacking greatly.

Dropping off at Phoenix Mesa Airport, looking to have a bite before drop off. It was exactly what we wanted. A leisurely lunch. We had pretzel bites with pub cheese for an appetizer. Entrees were Baja tacos, quesadillas and a panini. All were very tasty. Beer selection was nice. Sampled before ordering. All found either an IPA or lager that fit our palette. Will use this location instead of cell phone lot for future pick ups. Walk or drive to airport requires 5 min. Allows for reservations if wish.

I made a reservation, showed up at the time of my reservation and there was no one at the hostess stand. There was a guy with his kids waiting to be helped, and another larger family that was waiting to be seated. After standing at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes with no one so much as looking over there to see if anyone needed help, my wife walked over to an employee by the bar and said that there were people waiting to be helped at the hostess stand. She was told it would probably be an hour before anyone would come over to help us at the hostess stand. Mind you, I saw at least 4 tables available as we were waiting. Shortly after my wife came back over to the hostess stand to tell me what the employee had told her, another employee came to the hostess stand and took names of the people who were waiting. When I told her that we had a reservation for 15 minutes ago she told me that she might be able to get me and my family seated a little sooner, but still did not have a timeframe. After waiting another five or so minutes we decided to leave and go somewhere else.

First time here, it was a neat little place tucked away near the Mesa Gateway airport where you’re dining essentially just outside the tarmac. The service was good for the most part. Food was good, but nothing to rave about. The spinach dip came out cold - twice. We finally just asked for a to-go container and will enjoy it tomorrow for a snack. Wings, tacos and sliders were enjoyed by our group. We will go back again and would recommend it for a casual dinner.

Food was Great! Kind of noisy but okay! Great place to take our 2 grandkids. Service was okay mainly due to our waitress being kept busy by a lot of customers. Would definitely do it again!!!

Made reservations at 6pm. Seated at 6:30 after the group that arrived before us without reservations. Hostess argued with me that I reserved for a party of 5 not 4 and that’s why it took so long. I told her 4 when I checked in and showed her 4 on my Opentable confirmation. Was really annoying. She then complained that they had a party of 50 come in. Never saw a large party. Service was extremely slow. Didn’t receive our food until an hour after we ordered. Seemed like there were only 2 wait staff on a busy Saturday night. Our waiter was very nice but overwhelmed. The food was extremely good. I had the California burger. I asked for no onions on my burger and got a stack of them. The restaurant is very loud so be prepared if you want to have a conversation with anyone at the table. May give them a second chance:

+Seated where we requested and promptly +Entrees good +Good service -Spinach dip changed from awesome to mediocre -Out of Barrio Rojo for the 3rd time in the last 3 visits. All on weekends -Kind of loud for being 2/3rds full
