Food is always Excellent & Service is Friendly Had booked upstairs level 2 but were put downstairs in kitchen corner. Was stuffy & humid & acoustics were horrible. I understand easier for them, but was then full downstairs so noisy & hot. Is a fabulous place & will be back … but have had a few issues with online booking not matching experience in restaurant

The steak was perfect! Beautiful crust and cooked to a perfect medium rare. My mother had the barramundi and I'm sure if we weren't in public, she would have licked the plate! My partner ordered the veal scolipini, devoured it with gusto, then finished off my steak, the beautiful accompanying salad and roasted potatoes! My dad had the Coral Troat and loved it, however he left a little bit on his plate. Then my mother, who is not a big eater, wanted to try a little bit. Ended up eating what little was left in the bowl! We declined dessert the first time it was offered. So glad we changed our minds and decided to share the dessert platter.... The pistachio cannoli was my favourite 😍

We don’t go out as often as we would like to but our experience at Barrel n Vine has changed that, the Staff make you feel very welcome and the service was impeccable, the food couldn’t have been better the worst part was not being able to eat it all, it was not only incredibly tasty but the portion sizes were what you used to get when you went out for a meal, my wife and I both felt very satisfied after eating our main course but I’m very glad we found room for dessert.

Friendly service and great food with a small but complete wine list. All meals were excellent and every taste catered for. Friendly service and great communication will be back!

A family affair! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and being served very attentively by 3 generations of the family. The experience culinary, service and ambiance was better than we had elsewhere in Queensland and nowhere near as pricey as other comparable fine dining venues we visited.

Great service and amazing menu. The Allo Scoglio was divine. I recommend the champagne on arrival option to relax into the experience.
