Baron's Sino Kitchen & Bar is the first overseas project of Barony Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

Baron Sino Kitchen & Bar offers a modernized version of Classic Chinese Cuisine, we use only the finest ingredients, with highly technical, traditional cooking method to create innovative dishes. We are located on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Square South, downtown Bellevue. Our 8,200 square feet main dining room accommodates up to 290 guests, along with theatrical interior and world-class full bar service, aim to deliver an enchanting dining experience. We have 3 private dining rooms available, seats 10,10, 14 guests individually, and accommodate party of 42 seated in total. Private dining rooms offer even more luxurious decorations, exclusive customizable banquet menus, and dedicated staff at your service. We look forward to hosting you soon!

Food was quite hit and miss. Vegetarian spring rolls were some of the best we've ever had. In contrast, the mapo tofu tasted odd, the texture of the tofu was off - and, not coincidentally, my partner and I were both sick to our stomach that night and the next day. Service was difficult to rate. Our server didn't understand me when I queried about my allergy in any of the dishes. Then put in our order wrong - veg fried rice when we'd ordered veg fried noodles. Disappeared most of dinner and made a lot of inappropriate comments to us in an attempt at small talk. But the manager was accommodating and substituted the mapo tofu with another (non veg) dish. Perhaps Baron's Sino doesn't cater to vegetarians? Wish we'd known that before and we never would've went

It’s my first time at the restaurant based on a recommendation and it was excellent. The staff was friendly but it was challenging to get their attention. Ordered Peking Duck and Mongolian Beef and they were excellent and very well done. The beef was very tender and well flavored. The Peking duck was so crispy, the pancake wrap were very ultra thin but flavorful, along with accompaniment for the wraps. They added one new topping which I don’t see at places that serve Peking duck… melon strips to add refreshing sweetness and fresh bite.

Baron's hosted our small company party and it was a great experience. Service was amazing, very attentive and helpful. The food and drinks were great!

Food was good but under staffed , had to wait for forever to order a drink in the bar, 4 tables left dirty in the bar so you couldn’t sit there, had to get up to go order a drink as nobody came over. One entree never came at all, but the food is good. Pricey though $38 seafood fried rice for example. Rgs
