   Our server was very attentive. The quality of the dim sum was subpar. Our dessert was brought out to us well in advance of our final dish. Overall, the service was excellent. We are glad we tried this establishment, but we will not be returning in the future for dim sum.

   Peking Duck Mondays are great - however, the $30 I saved was spent on Broccoli Beef. Tasty however a small portion. Kids loved the food, as did I - tasty! Just pricey.

   Service was excellent. Our waiter Cole was very attentive, customer-oriented, professional, and very nice. The food was very good and the entire evening was enjoyable. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. Thank you for giving our family a memorable and pleasant experience!

   We ordered the Peking duck early and asked them to bring it first as we like to eat the duck first. The rest of the food came with the duck. By the time we were done eating the duck, the rest of the food was cold and did not taste good. The server even forgot to bring a noodle dish and then apologized.

   I was extremely disappointed with the food and overall experience. The duck fried rice lacked any real flavor or depth, and tasted more like something I could get at a cheap fast food restaurant. The ribs and black pepper beef were tough and dry.

    Enjoyed our server very personable. Food was good, not great. Cocktail was very good, not great! 24 hour reservation for Peking duck and it was good not great, kind of under seasoned, accompaniments were ok not enough melon or cucumber, more than enough leeks Cc and sauce, I expected more for $88. Shrimp appetizer was crisp, and flavorful but not the flavor that was mentioned in the hotel of the dish. Ribs were tasty, juicy and like warm! Overall an ok experience I would not return for the duck!

    Went for a group dinner.. Our overall impression of the place was really good.. Great service kudos to our waitress Connie for the extraordinary service she provide. The food, thumbs up a 100%.. all our delicious.. We will definitely come back..

    Perfection!! Beautiful space, wonderful service, delish food. We so enjoyed our time. Kumquat ribs, congee, Peking duck fried rice, pork and shrimp,dim sum, sautéed green beans, sangria and grapefruit mimosa. We had Three birthdays to celebrate, restaurant was so kind to bring 3 mango puddings with candles to the table. We had such a lovely time. We will be back!!     This is my second time at Baron’s, first time very long time ago when Baron’s just opened. Love the atmosphere and decore, upscale Chinese resto, which I want to arrange for my fiend’s Husband 85th Birthday. Mostly of food which we order are flavorful, except cucumber salad, dressing was good but is doesn’t absorb into cucumber since they cutting fresh, it’s was good but if they slice it in thin slice will be much better and tastier. I am quite cucumber snob , every-time I went to Asian restaurant, if they have cucumber salad I always want to order. We order cucumber salad, passion fruit prawns, kumquat Ribs and Chicken Hot & Sour soup for appetizer. Yummm !!!! enjoyed so much except cucumber salads but we finished it anyway 😁. For main courses we order : Black pepper Wagyu sirloin, Gong Pao Praws and chicken,Mapo Tofu, Crispy Eggplant Cakes(love it !!! 👍👍). Baron’s Fried Rice, Mushroom Fried rice and signature Peking Duck ($$$) for 1/2 Duck, but really good, skin super crispy yummm !!! My drink is amazing !!! I order Forbidden city base on Empress Gin which I love so much !!! Elegance look and taste like Olalala !!!! You have to try it when you eat here !!! Ladies kind off drink, I assume. The waiter very friendly (I forgot his name ☹️, he is wearing glasses and he want to buy land in Texas and become farmer). I am so impressed when he said to birthday man, you must be a Pilot ! 😱. Indeed my friend husband is a pilot and will flying jet airplane on spring with his age 85th. Prices quite high but we know , we also pay for location and the atmosphere, nothing cheap in Bellevue. For those who’s want to celebrate special day this is a good place. We (8 party) spent about $ 125/person which it not bad including service and extra tip. Baron’s you better give me free “Forbidden City “ next time I go, since I wrote a good review 😁.

    Food is a bit pricy but everything was delicious and servings are good for the price. It's a great place for a special occasion, beautiful ambience. I'll probably go back about once a year for the duck and the experience.

    The food was okay, but not impressive with the price that you are paying. I would expect more. The service was not great… The server was kind of rude and they were always rushing us and tried to take away the soup with 1/3 left in it without asking. With that price, we could have eaten at a restaurant with way better service and food. We were disappointed and probably won’t come back again!

    Host was unfriendly and unhelpful when we asked her questions. The wait staff was some what more helpful but asked us to leave after 2 hours. We literally just got doe. With dinner for about 10-15 minutes. For the price you pay per dish you are not even allow to sit and chat for a bit at dinner. If they have a table time limit then it should have been clearly stated when we book. We have 10 people in our party not just 2. It should have given a longer allowance foe dining .

    This place was beautiful so we expected great things. But the food and service didn't match. First the booth chairs are too low for the table. So you basically are sitting lower than the people sitting on chairs. The service was poor. Our server was anxiously hurried and didn't really explain specials or what the menu was about. . She was wearing latex gloves for some reason and wasn't friendly at all. She took our order and disappeared. We ordered the Peking duck. $90 so we expected the real experience where there is the whole duck and a spread or wrap and veggies and sauce. But definitely did not match our expectation. The presentation of half duck was not thoughtful and the duck was not flavorful. Also normally a server would demo how to eat it but ours just dropped off all the pieces and assumed we knew how. We've had Peking duck before so we knew but had to ask for clean plates to make the wrap because that's not part of the process. We also ordered the crysanthemum soup. It looked pretty but was so bland we couldn't even finish a cup. The mackerel appetizer was all fried fish skin which was odd and not that good. The noodles were the best thing we ordered. We asked for a Togo box and they just gave us brown paper bags from the produce aisle. We paid $200 with tip for 3 people. We all walked away saying it was a one time go. There are other places we'd prefer to go for dinner.

    We love Baron’s! My husband always changes our pre-planned reservations elsewhere so we can eat at Baron’s. We dine here at least twice a month. The food is excellent, portions are good and the flavors are fantastic. The service is great too! I was a bit disappointed yesterday when we dined here though. We love the Wagyu Beef entree and it has always been perfectly cooked and tender. For some reason, yesterday’s Wagyu Beef was tough and unchewable. It had some gristle - things we’ve never experienced before. Regardless, I still give Baron’s a 5 star rating because one off experience vs. many shouldn’t determine the grade of this great restaurant. My only ask is they check the quality of their meat before serving.

    First time trying Baron’s and had been wanting to try the Peking Duck. It was delicious! We also got the Mongolian Beef which was okay. The Udon noodles with beef was amazing. The kumquat pork ribs were flavorful. The sweet and sour pork was okay, as were the green beans, just okay, The cod was very flavorful. Overall, the dinner was decent, but expensive. But the duck really was the star of the show. Great service. Our waitress let us sit at the table for a good hour after our meal was over and we paid the bill. She kept refilling our water glasses and offered a duck bone to take home to make broth or congee.

    Surprisingly mediocre. Peking duck and appetizer execution was outstanding, but as a nice dinner experience, everything felt rushed. Given how lucky we are to have such a great selection of Chinese restaurants in the Seattle metro area, there are simply much better options at much better prices. Stick to the smaller joints.

    It’s good Chinese food if you can get past paying $36 for fried rice with seafood. $36 for seafood chow mein(noodles). Been here many times but the food tastes worse when you know how much eat bite costs. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, except for the roast duck. Once a year for me from here on. I can buy 3 Chinese dinners, maybe not as good , but good , for the cost of one meal at Barons

    Everything is usually great, and Peking Duck is awesome, but last time the service was really slow. Not the servers fault though he was clearly covering too many tables, and they were under staffed
