Good food, attentive service
The food is quite good. Great selection of wines too.
Excellent food, well presented in an upscale environment. Staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
Our go to for anniversaries and birthday! Here this time for a another birthday.
Great! Food was delicious! Great atmosphere as well. I would go back!
Too salty for a Canadian. I don’t know bout murica
Highly recommend. The food is really good, the service was excellent.
Food was worse than average. Veal was tough and sauce broke down..ie..separated. Ahi tartare not very appetizing looking but taste was OK. As a result, I did not meal feel was a good value. Won’t return or recommend.
Two words. Lobster Risotto. Thanks for a perfect night ❤️
Birthday & Anniversary
Man oh man……. The food was so amazing and the service was too. I will be back!
Very good, what you would expect from this fine restaurant.
The Euro-waiter made us aware what a PRIVILEGE it was for us to to allowed to eat there. No warmth, no welcome, no come back again,.....Bass was excellent, Fettuccini was pedestrian, squid like rubber bands. I'll take my $200 somewhere else where I'm appreciated.
We were here in the Pandemic October 2020 and it was a better dining experience. This time it took a long time and a request just to get bread. My wife requested a creamy pasta with truffle sauce that they had in October 2020. What she got was good but not the same. I had the veal and it was excellent. The waiter ran my card but charged another ticket …..sigh.
Overall good not great.
Very good restaurant!!!
From appetizers to entree to dessert, 5 Stars. Personable yet efficient service. We had a great birthday dinner with a couple that were old friends from out of town. All had a wonderful time. Thank you Barolo!
The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening, which made it a little noisy at the start (we were seated at 7:15) but as the early diners cleared out, things got quieter.
Nice ambience … upscale Italian food very nicely presented ,nice waiter all in all was pleased and would come back soon
We had a lovely times celebrating our 26th yr Anniversary with friends ~ everything was delicious and the service was spot on! The only thing that we would have loved was if the temp was more comfortable ~ we were seated at a table near the themostat and it read above 80 degrees! It was quite warm in there!
Everything about this restaurant was exceptional.
Antonio, our waiter, was very attentive and helpful - even spoke Italian! Food was great: interesting appetizers, but main course selection more limited: wish there were more pasta, vegetable, and seafood choices. Also tired of being seated near waiters station when we made a reservation! They did reseat us however m, which we appreciated
The lobster risotto was amazing! And the ambiance was perfect.
Gone here for years, always a decent choice. I live on the Eastside and the trip over was enormously frustrating. Once I arrived I was disappointed to see they did not have their valet to help alleviate my stress. I had to hunt for parking which made me even later than the terrible traffic. The food and service were good. The dining room noise level was too loud for our group of 7 to easily converse. Unfortunately the food was not good enough to outweigh the traffic, parking, unsightly Seattle, and noise issues. I think this will be my last time.
Food was quite good, flavorings were nice but giving low rarings due to feel like getting lied to and kind of ripped off by waiter. He didnt seem like he never worked there before or clueless or lied. Was nice but 2 things.. Listed Brozino and under descriptions said Chilean Sea Bass.. Wanted Chilean sea bass so asked him, and he said Brozino is Mediterranean chilean sea bass.. So I passed because not a fan of Beonzino. Later saw someone order and it was a beautiful piece of Chilean sea bass. 2nd asked if had side orser od just grilled vegetables. Said he can ask chef to make one up, sent out the antipasto platter less the prosciutto and salami and changed full price for few pieces of grilled vegetables.. Just felt lied to and ripped off.
Food and Drinks are Fabulous!
The restaurant was understaffed but fully packed with customers. It was hot and extremely uncomfortable inside.
The food was okay but the cocktails were very poorly made.
I wouldn’t recommend this place or visit it again.
We are foodies from Dallas/Ft. Worth, and took our two children ages 20yrs and 15 yrs to Barolo. Everything we tried on the menu was great. I was worried it would be noisy inside due to some other reviews I read, but we ate at 5:30 and noise was not an issue at all. We had wonderful service. One of the servers was from our area, and he also came by our table often to check on us. My daughter was very pleased they were able to accommodate her vegan diet. The tiramisu was delicious, but we all loved the warm chocolate cake, it was heavenly. I recommend this restaurant if you want a nice dining experience all around.
Antipasti delectable. Lamb chops unparalleled.
The reception and serving staff are wonderful and added to our experience.
I'm a longtime patron for both business lunches (never disappoints) and special occasion dinners. The atmosphere, food, and staff will keep me coming back!
An amazing restaurant experience!
This restaurant was ok. The heat in Seattle has been record breaking and this restaurants AC was not working. It was 85 degrees inside. No apologies from staff about the heat. The service was mediocre at best. I felt brushed off and like I was annoying our disinterested waiter. They brought the wrong food to the table but were unapologetic to their mistake. The bread was great, we ordered the charcuterie board which was good, the meals ranged from pretty good to ok especially when one of the meats order was over cooked. We stayed for desert and were provided with melting gelatos. For the amount of money we spent to celebrate my nephew’s graduation, it was not worth it and I would not go back.
Nice place to enjoy a fine meal and relax. Cocktails are great! Generous portions.
Beautiful table set in a semi private alcove with shear curtains separating us from the tables near by. The lighting and ambiance was perfect for a date or when your feeling swanky. Food was delicious especially the scallop crudo appetizer special. Don’t fill up because the desserts and coffee are worth the calories. The cannoli is freshly fried and pure decadence on a plate.
The Ambience is very nice for a date. However, our server was cordial at best, the bread we ordered was cold and the pasta was raw and uncooked. Despite sending it back, it came uncooked again. I think they just dressed it up and resent it. For the price, a very poor experience.
Excellent service and delicious food
Food was amazing and so was the service. Our server was extremely helpful and nice and all other employees would jump in to help as needed if the servers were busy.
Truly outstanding. Best carbonara in Seattle Lobster risotto and that was incredible. Fresh oysters. And a full house. You will need reservations.
Reservation for 7 people and they were able to seat us early since we got to the restaurant a little earlier than planned. The food was excellent. The only "complaint" is that the restaurant is a bit noisy and made conversation difficult without raising our voices. Energetic would be a good description. May be a negative for some but the energy may be a plus for others.
Lovely and intimate dining setting. Perfect for our date night. The veal was was so flavorful and tender. And our server was welcoming and personable.
