   The food was very good - creative and spicy, but our enjoyment was diminished by a few factors: the "greeter" at the front was unsmiling & seemed very bored; some items we ordered had to be requested more than once; and the noise level (combination of music volume set too high, and resultant shouting by diners to hear conversations). Not sure if I'll return.

   We we’re served or given opportunity for food in spite of asking. I had to be put on wait list for upstairs and then we’ll order food or if it too long we’ll eat downstairs but no one followed up or have my party any insight or indication of when thst may be.

   It was my first time at Baro, so I went to the rooftop patio. The space has an amazing vibe and great drinks – an all-around winner! There wasn't much of a view where I sat due to the building being built on the opposite side, but thanks to the music and decor – you'll hardly notice that.

   We, party of 3, had a great time at Baro! Food and cocktails were great and would absolutely return for the Spanglish dish. Our server was so so nice and attentive. Our only qualm, however understood that it was out of everyone’s control, was that the only table available at our time of reservation was out in direct sun. We were offered to wait for another table but we had another appointment to meet so we took what we could get :)

   Service was friendly and quick. Food was good but too spicy. The menu didn’t include if the food was spicy or the level of spiciness, nor we were advised about it. We got a table inside the rooftop and the sun was burning me, it would’ve been nice if the windows were closed and maybe some fans were available. Overall it was a good place, I might try again in another section of the restaurant.

    Very much enjoyed the full experience from the atmosphere, the drinks, service, the delicious food! I feel like the menu could have more options with slightly bigger portions, however the flavours were beyond what I imagined! Our server, Luisa, was very energetic, attentive, and overall wonderful making the experience even more enjoyable. She guided us with the menu and provided really great recommendations that I would definitely get again! Loved how fun and romantic the atmosphere is and overall everyone was so friendly! Thank you and will definitely return 😊

    Rooftop patio. Food was delicious, tables were a little too close to each other. Service was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. The ambiance was nice. I would go back again.

    A memorable dining experience. We were a group of 5 and we sat at the rooftop. Pretty setting and nice vibe. Food pricey but portions were good. The waghu steak, chicken drumsticks, catch of the day, and calamari were all delicious bursting with flavour. Totally worth it for the good quality food and place.

    The food is delicious, the drinks are strong, the vibe is energetic & the aesthetic is very unique! However, they could improve portion sizes based on the high pricing. I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you enjoy the King St. scene :)

    Baro is amazing in everything - from food to friendliness and care of staff members! My friends and I ordered a lot of dishes from the menu, as we were a big group, and all were absolutely delicious! My favorite part was the atmosphere of the place, it played all of my favorite latino songs and I practically was dancing the entire night while enjoying the meal. Incredible place!! ❤️

    Food is tasty but prices are high for what you get. Ordered a burger and it came with no fries and the size was really small (note this is a $19 burger). Also ordered the calamari and again had to order a side because it came with nothing else (calamari $25+). Had a terrible experience with my drink, I ordered a mojito and couldn't taste any alcohol so I told my server and they fixed it which was fine, but when the bill came I was charged $17 for my mojito PLUS $11 FOR THE "ADDITIONAL" SHOT. Talked to the manager and they said their drinks were "standard" but I literally had to give my friends the drink to see if they could taste the alcohol and obviously they couldn't, so talking to the manager was useless and more infuriating. My recco: do not order a drink unless you wanna pay approx $20 for a drink that tastes like a mocktail. Food is tasty but wildly overpriced.

    The potato pace did not look like the photos at all and that’s what I came here for. The rooftop patio was hot and the views were awful. Our service didn’t give us utensils so we had to ask for it. We rather the food inside anyways so we moved down. We ordered two of the duck confit and one of them was very salty.

    I think the food is good. I’m missing the Latin flair in many dishes. It feels more Canadian- Latin fusion. I think prices don’t really reflect the overall quality of what you actually get.

    I loved the place, but I was until almost 10:30-11 last night andWhen I was going to order, they told me the kitchen have already closed (but they didn't say it at any moment during the night that the kitchen will close in shortly) so I left hungry, but other than that, great place and food

    Booked here for my anniversary, new to the restaurant (it came highly recommended) and was not disappointed! Food was delicious, staff were super friendly and helpful and had an all around great first visit. Will definitely be coming back!
