At Baro, we strive to bring you the unique flavours of South America that are inspired by the Latin kitchens of coastal countries from Colombia to Argentina. Our team brings you plates that are inspired from traditional dishes that have a unique spin on them, creating something entirely on it’s own.

    Excellent choice for brunch!!! Loved the design/ambiance. Food was delicious ! The power bowl was a top choice! Toffee pudding was too die for!!

    Servers should ask re allergens. The marinade in the ribs had kiwi and I had a reaction. Thankfully it was not severe but I did start choking because my throat was closing up, I had. I could Not identify the trigger at the time because we had an assortment of food. When I asked, was told was probably the marinade having kiwi.

    Fantastic experience at the Baro Patio. Loved the alcoholic cocktails and also non alcoholic options. The hummus is to die for. Definitely coming back.

    Price doesn’t match portion. 3 pieces of shrimp for 48 dollars??? Just like that no fries or anything. Sangria punch in the huge cup don’t remember what it is called - a whole lot of ice barely any drink. Minus all that the vibes was there great music.

    Been here 3 times and I love it. It's a very busy, noisy place. Service can be slow due to how busy it is, so it makes the pacing of food a bit awkward. Also, just leave the water jug on the table so no one is waiting for both food AND liquid.

    Baro had a nice vibe with artistic decor and good music. But the food was way overpriced and tasted average at best. It’s in line with current Toronto prices which are ridiculously even when compared to elite global destinations such as New York, Barcelona, Roma, Paris, etc. But the food has to be spectacular if I’m paying more than $100/person. At Baro, it is not and the presentation of food is even worse. My lamb skewers were served in tea saucers. I’d recommend this place for drinks only.
