Beautiful setting, especially so in summer when you can eat outside. Menu is limited but offerings are always fresh and service outstanding. Impossible burger remains the top choice of everyone when we’ve gone but other choices like open face steak sandwich and brisket burger or crispy potatoes and chips are great too. Tomato soup is so good I don’t order any other. I though ask them to ensure it’s heated well; I suppose generally folks prefer Luke warm. Once they forgot to sever guacamole & chips appetizer and served main course first. They apologized serving guacamole with main course and took it off the bill without us asking for adjustment. Customer service is superb. Been there thrice to eat and already planning a revisit.

Love coming here with my 3-year-old. Good food and good service. Since it was a holiday, it was quite busy and service was just a tad bit slower than normal. Definitely recommend making reservations if going on a weekend or holiday.

Waitstaff didn’t write down order (is this supposed to be flattering bcs we all hate it FYI) and so my salmon came with a salad I was allergic to. My lunch companions finished theirs before the fix of my order arrived. I told waitstaff they could use the salmon of the original that cross contamination wasn’t at issue. When I tried to flag someone down as the wait became longer, there was a distinct annoyance. I go here a LOT. I never leave cranky reviews. Just. Write. The. Order. Down. I know I’m special. I do not need it to be proven to me by your waitstaff.

We had a problem with something foreign on my friend’s hamburger. After alerting the waiter, he took it away and the kitchen made a new burger. In the meantime, the manager came over to apologize and comped our table an order of guacamole while we waited for the new burger to be cooked. This is how it should be done when having an issue with your food and I thank B&N for their first class service.

Love being here! It just gets better and better. Wednesday nite half price wine and sometimes live music. What more could anyone ask for?

This was the first time I ate at Barnes and Noble I enjoyed it very much-the ambiance-pretty cool being part of a bookstore The food selections for lunch were good The service was pleasant and efficient
