Great value, great experience, friendly staff top notch Sunday roast. Two (very minor!) things is maybe more than one carrot(!) and also a sharp knife but these did not detract from how good it was. Have been before and would certainly come back without question.

We’ve recently moved to Oakley, lovely to have a village pub. We are entertaining lots of friends and family and gradually introducing them to the Barley Mow. The food is good and the staff friendly.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday with a lovely Sunday dinner, food was lovely and nicely presented. Service was very good. We were made to feel welcome. Even had a ballon with sweets on our table for my husband, such a lovely touch. Overall we had a great experience. We are new to the area and enjoyed our time in the Barley Mow, a lovely village pub with a great atmosphere.

First time in the Barley Mow for Sunday lunch and I was certainly not disappointed. Food was really good, service good too and overall a very good choice of location. I would definitely go there again.

Quit a few options on the menu were unavailable therefore Gluten free choices were non existent.

There was a private function in the restaurant so we had a table in the bar. The lady who served us was friendly and helpful. The waiting time for the meal , which was excellent, was very acceptable. We had an enjoyable lunch.
