Bardea, pronounced: bar-DAY-ah, is the Italian term for "the goddess of food and drink."     The king salmon is one of the best dishes I have ever eaten! The Burrata pop tart is also amazing. Will be going back soon for both

    After multiple visits, I will not return. I hate how close the tables are to each other, the noise levels are too loud, the food portions are way too small and finally when a customer says the soft drinks are lacking carbonation and nothing is done about it, well it makes me sad as a customer that something so simple to fix seems like it was an afterthought to consumers who don’t drink.

    Still the best restaurant in Wilmington. Food is always excellent and somehow, even with turnover, they keep the service top notch and excellent. Kudos to the Bardea team!

    Innovative cuisine, great service. It would be noisy enough without the thumping house music. We will go back but maybe not on a Saturday.

    One of our favorite places. The calamari is so unique and a wonderful taste. It’s ruined all others for us. The bartenders make an awesome amaretto sour too!

    This restaurant earns its reputation as one of the top restaurants in Wilmington The food is outstanding, many creative dishes to choose from. The sauces and flavors were balanced and complimented the food. There was an excellent selection of mixed drinks and wines The dining room can be a bit noisy when it is full.     What a gem. Tristan did a fabulous job making sure everything from drinks to dessert was just right. The lamb macaroni was excellent especially when paired with the curry broccoli. And if I had missed the chocolate mousse I would have been very disappointed. Fun vibe and great service and food.

    Great food, especially the snacks, and small dishes, were my favorites. The main dish was not as complex and nicely presented as the small dishes and snacks.
