I’ve been here quite a few times and have always enjoyed it however, this time the food and drinks missed the mark at almost every opportunity. The pitcher of smoky margarita? Tasted like a regular margarita with no hint of mezcal at all. The truffle guacamole for $18? A plate that was about 90% corn. 🤨 The jerk tacos? Tasted like plain chicken. No jerk or spice at flavor at all. Even the fried perch tacos were… mostly mayonnaise. The only redeeming part of spending $150 here was the birria tacos. This experience left me wondering if they have a new kitchen staff or head chef, because this is not the quality I remember from my several past visits and will likely stop me from returning again.

Venue is great but the food is amongst the worst take on Mexican I’ve ever had. Absolute garbage.

We went on a Tuesday but sadly didn’t try their unlimited taco special, I had the mahi mahi tacos and the quesabirria and both weee delicious! Our server was so nice and energetic and the overall space is just great! They also have multiple single user restrooms which is great for privacy and comfort. I def recommend reservations, it looked like it was getting pretty busy for dinner!

I had a great Mother’s Day brunch here. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cornbread benedict and elotes dip was phenomenal!!!

I live in Lakeview, and I’ve been coming here for years. I absolutely love them, their guacamole is to die for, I love their cocktails, and I can have their tacos for dinner every night. I especially recommend the bang bang shrimp. I’m looking forward to more this summer!

Food service was a bit slow on taco Tuesday, no vegetarian options were brought out initially and we were even forgotten about twice. We finally got tacos after about 40 min. Drinks were good and the experience was worth the price.

Came here for Cinco de Mayo and the music was so loud, but they at least played good songs! Got the queso to start which had a bunch of different things inside like an egg and some chorizo. It was good but I think we would’ve liked a simpler queso instead. For drinks we got the House Fire marg which was spicy and delicious and he got the charred and fashioned which was not too spicy! To eat I got the chicken tinga tacos and they were delicious but the hard shell kept falling apart so kinda messy.
