Globally celebrated mixologist and judge on Netflix DRINK MASTERS, Frankie Solarik, opened up BarChef in 2008 with the intention of having the world’s most progressive cocktail program. Utilizing modern culinary techniques and a Chef’s philosophy, BarChef's modernist cocktails are multi-sensorial, highlighting tactile elements, aromatics, viscosity, and edible pairings. These efforts have granted incredible accolades such as being on the Condé Nast Traveller Magazine Gold List for both 2018 and 2020 as one of the top cocktail bars in the world.     Join us for an exclusive Chef's Table Experience at BarChef. Your party will be greeted with a signature welcome cocktail, and a premium selection of cheese & charcuterie for the table, and each guest will also receive an alcohol infused edible Modernist canapé showcasing the best of the BarChef immersive experience - a value of $30 per guest, applied towards your minimum spend. Signature cocktails and small plates are available to order à la carte, charged upon consumption. Our Chef's Table will be reserved for you for two and a half hours. Please note a minimum spend of $800 (prior to HST and 18% gratuity) is required for this experience. A deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking, and will be applied towards your final bill. Payment is required on one bill. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours.

    Took a friend here for his first Bar Chef experience and we were both truly blown away by the attention to detail, the level of service, and the truly one of a kind experience that Bar Chef has to offer. Both Aiden and Annabelle display a level of service that hospitality is truly about. Their knowledge of the extensive drink menu provides a pairing of an educational experience with unmatched whimsical originality that only a true cocktail bar can provide. Thank you to both for creating such a unique experience, I cant wait to be back!

    Wow what an experience. The drinks were so unique. It was fun to watch them come out all over the bar and see them at the tables.

    This is a great Experience to do once. The dramatic cocktails are awesome, the ambiance is beautiful. Found it quite loud though They were very sweet in bringing us a treat for my birthday, appreciated that! Not sure I would go back? The evening cost us over 200$ for two drinks, 2 sliders, small order of Japanese chicken and a shrimp cocktail. It was all very good but only a one time thing for us.
