   Dining at Barberio Osteria last night was one of the most satisfying dining experiences I’ve had in years!! When I and my two dining companions tried the amazingly fresh bread and wonderfully unique olive oil that they presented us I knew we were in for an unforgettable dining experience. Their sommelier paired our meals with a fragrant and effervescent medium bodied red wine that was perfect. Their pastas in our dishes were fresh and wonderfully textured. I had the Malloreddus while my friends ordered the Pappardelle and Cappelletti. The Papparelle in particular was OUTSTANDING, and I’ll order it on my next visit! We finished our meals with a Meyer Lemon sorbetto and dessert that isn’t currently on the online menu. But the featured hazelnut sauce will stick with me for a long time. The bottom line is this dining experience was so pitch perfect from beginning to end that a day later I am compelled to write this review. I will bring other friends to this restaurant so that they too can have the joy of experiencing it.

   SF Restaurant Week menu was superb! Tasty tuna salad appetizer, bolognese and ragu pasta mains perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the best budino dessert ever. We'll be back...

   Lovely restaurant and the food was so delicious. Warm greeting and great service. We will be back. The bolognese was to die for!

   I usually order the pappardelle, but this time I opted for the tagliatelle. The dish was generous with olives, which isn’t my thing -but I’m glad I tried it. Pappardelle remains my all-time favorite, followed by the cappelletti and Tamarin al Tartufo Nero. Oh, and the Zabaglione is a wonderful way to end the meal! The food and wine selection, the staffers, and the ambience all make this place one of our favorites.

   The food and warm, attentive service make this restaurant the perfect place to unwind after a long day and ease into the weekend. The familiar faces of the manager and staff create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that whatever went wrong at work fades away with every bite and sip.
