Here at Barbacoa Churrascaria we offer authentic Brazilian churrasco dishes and a wide-ranging salad bar. Churrasco is popular barbeque-style food in Brazil. Ingredients like beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables are slow-roasted on long skewers in a specially ordered oven called a Churrasco machine. The seasonings are largely rock salt, and most of the fat comes off in the cooking process, so the natural flavors of the meat itself come through. Both the freshly grilled meat and vegetables are sliced up right in front of the customer and served. The salad bar offers over 40 kinds of fresh vegetables and side dishes, including popular Brazilian foods like palmitto (palm shoots), and feijoada (stewed beans), as well as drinks like the popular Brazilian Caipirinha cocktail, served in authentic style. We also have a large number of Brazilian staff, and with our genuine Churrasco and Caipirinhas, our atmosphere will make you wonder if you've been transported to Brazil itself.

テーブルにつくスタッフの対応が丁寧で好印象です。先日、ランチバイキングを利用しました。お肉も様々な部位を楽しめるので、一通り食べたら自分の口に合うお肉を注文して食べています。サラダバーも種類が豊富で楽しめます。デザートも種類が色々あるし、ドリンクバーも種類があり、楽しみながらお腹いっぱいになりました。また利用したいと思います。

家族で利用しました。子供達にも大評判でした。テーブル間を行き来する店員さんも細かな気遣いがあり、楽しく過ごせました。メインの肉料理は椀子そば的に出てきますが、個人的にはサーロインが好きでした。なので最初に出て来たとり肉？とソーセージはパスすれば良かった。サイドメニュービュッフェとデザートビュッフェも美味しく頂けました。エンタメ性とサイドメニュービュッフェにもっとブラジル感があればもっと良かったかなと思いました。

It's a wonderful and full of fun moment for a dinner here. The atmosphere is fantastic and quality of beef is good. Salad bar is also very nice but I dared not to eat salad too much in order to save my space for the beef !! Anyway, price is rather too high comparing to the food & drink level.

初めてのシュラスコでしたが、このお店を選んで本当に良かったと思いました。店員さんのサービスも心地よく、料理も美味しくてお値段以上に楽しむことができました。焼きチーズと焼きパイナップルが想像以上の美味しさで驚きました！また行きたいです。

停電があったらしいが、それごときで予約確認が出来ず、20分も席に通されずに待たされた。謝罪は有ったが口で言ってるだけ。何のサービスも無かった。人の貴重な時間を何だと思っているんだろう？

ランチで利用しました。目の前で切り分けてくれるお肉が、とてもジューシーで美味しく、大満足です。サラダバーも新鮮なお野菜が揃っており、シャキシャキとした食感が、色々はドレッシングで楽しめて素晴らしいです。お肉も野菜も、他のシュラスコのお店よりも、二回りくらい美味しくて驚きました。また是非利用したいです。
