焼けが生っぽかった。肉をサーブする日本人店員の手際が悪く、皿の上に肉を放り出されるように置かれた。

シュラスコの店は色々と行きましたが、料理の質、スタッフのレベル、店内の雰囲気など全てにおいてバルバッコア以上の店はないと思います。

20数年前のサンパウロに駐在中、バルバッコア本店によく通った事を思い出し　懐かしく美味しい頂きました。　ごちそうさまでした。

サーロインやイチボはとても美味しかったですが、一部の肉はちょっと臭みが気になりました。。。雰囲気はとても良かったですし、ドリンクも美味しかったです。

初めてのバルバッコアでした。恋人が誕生日だったのでデザートのミニプレートを作って頂きました(^^)相手もとっても喜んでくださったので予約して良かったです！ 2時間制ですが、シュラスコのお肉は沢山周ってきてすぐお腹いっぱいになりました笑。サラダやデザートブッフェもあり、普段食べられない珍しいブラジル料理が食べられたので本当に満足でした。スタッフの皆様も丁寧に対応してくださり嬉しかったです。また特別な日に利用したいなと思います！

当日はかなり混み合っていたので、仕方ない部分もありますが、全体的にスタッフの方の応対も素晴らしく、家族みんな楽しくいただけました。

お肉も野菜も思わず食べ過ぎます（笑）いろいろなお肉が食べられるので、欲張らず1切れずつ食べるようにオススメします。
