Really good food, portions were small and the half bottle of wine option was a little odd. I wish we would have been told how small the dinner portions were as we might have ordered differently. But great food and I would definitely go back.

Great service from the host and waitress. We were not rushed at all even though it was a Friday evening. Nice beer selection. Octopus was amazing. Shrimp taco was good, short of great (everything was fresh but missing something.) Price was very reasonable for the area and the quality of the food.

Grace & shrimp appetizers were very good. The beef tenderloin was so tough we couldn’t cut through it. The chocolate mole dessert was hard as a rock as well! Disappointing.

Me and my guest will be coming back to this establishment! We really enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter was fabulous! The drinks were delicious (we had margaritas) and the food was just as good. The sever was super friendly, but the food was pretty bland. Not exactly what someone would expect from a Mexican restaurant. We went for authentic-spicy, and they didn’t deliver—odd, imo. The drinks were sufficient. I’d recommend it solely for ambience; however,, you’d have to sit outside. The indoor dining space was empty.

Small portions, over priced and salty. Hadn’t been there for awhile. Were out of want my husband wanted. $144 before tip. Each getting a large margarita, chips and guacamole, each got 2 tacos and we split the corn with shrimp as our side. Not worth the value.

Our waiter must have had a long day. his attitude was horrible. All we ordered was tacos and 6 tacos took 25 minutes to come to our table and we had to send back the fish tacos. they were ice cold. just not a good experience this time. 😕

Brunch menu options are not good. The server was great she was shading the menu as well hunting the food options aren’t that great. But I like to try new spots. The mimosas were good $22 unlimited for 90mins The kitchen was not accommodating at all. I won’t be going back. Or maybe I need to go during happy hour lots of specials I seen 50% off all margaritas

8/13/23, I had not been to Bar Takito in the two years. I’m sorry to say, the food and drink is not what it was before. We had the corn with shrimp for appetizer, very simple and no flavor. Had the Chile lleno and the enchiladas for dinner. The enchiladas sauce was cold, the side dishes are extra. The margaritas are not as good as years ago. We had to constantly be calling our waitress if not she wouldn’t come to see if we needed anything. Everything is overpriced. We would not be going back.
