   While the food is quite good, the prices are much higher than you’d expect. This is not fine dining but the halibut was $40, the octopus starter was $21 as were other starters. This may have been okay if the service matched that. We were seated and there were no table settings - silverware, napkins, plates or water glasses. Our appetizers came quite quickly and we had to wait to catch our server’s eye to ask for place settings. When I asked his response instead of apologizing for there being nothing on the table was - how many do you want, two? And then he proceeded to bring us two plates and silverware pre wrapped in napkins and just left it at the corner of the table. I then had to ask for glasses and water again. We had barely started eating our appetizers when our main courses arrived. Again no apology for timing. They just plopped it on the side of the table. Our server never asked us if we wanted a second glass of wine during our meal. For food we had the roasted meatball which was very good. We also asked for truffle fries that came with the appetizer. There were a lot of fries! But they literally had no salt. I had the gnocchi which was okay not great, and my husband had the kale and quinoa salad with chicken and it was good. The service is like being in a bar but the prices are like being in a fancy restaurant. This will not be my first choice of restaurant to go back to.

   Second time in this location and quality is still superb! My go to order never miss- octopus, truffle fries, bar siena chop and truffle mushroom pizza. The italian doughnut i didnt care for. It was a bit tough and cold.

   The inside room is very pretty but a little too noisy for our taste. We order the kale Quinoa salad and was almost only kale, nothing else . Other dishes were very good, specially the desserts.

   This was our first time at Bar Siena Old Orchard and we loved it! Great ambiance, drinks and food! Only disappointed that the short rib ravioli was not available as it looked delicious. We will be back very soon for sure!

   We sat in the lovely “outdoor“ area with the bright green living wall. It is such a bright, warm and inviting space. Our server Alex was very attentive answering all our questions. We both ended up ordering the same item, the short rib hash which was so delicious! Definitely will be back there again And might order the same item! Enjoy.

    Saturday night, made reservations for 9pm Upon arrival we were seated across from the bar in a tiny booth with a computer station behind me that the wait staff would hang out and chat at. I cannot believe that is the table that was reserved, we honestly would’ve been happier at the bar. Our waiter, never got his name because he never gave it, was a Hispanic gay guy who talked in such monotone we could barely hear him over the blaring pop music. We ordered drinks and tuna app. Our 4 tiny pieces of tuna came out first. We were hungry so we ate it, 2 bites each, that’s all we got for $21. And then we got our drinks and lastly our waters, with a young man apologizing and laughing that we got our water 10 min after food and cocktails. We then sat there w our empty plate and drinks for a good 15min till, I believe his name was Tyler, the manager came up and asked if we were ok and I said no we want to order our main courses and I proceeded to order another app as the tuna was ridiculously small, we got another $21 app, the octopus. It was tasty and spicy but way more potatoes than octopus. We ordered octopus right, not potatoes. Our waiter finally found us again and we ordered a Caesar salad which was the best thing I ate that night in all honesty. I tried ordering the ink pasta only to be told that it’s sold out. Great, that would’ve been information I wanted before looking at the menu. My date got the halibut which was crispy, way over-cooked but pleasant taste. I got a medium filet and it came out really rare, the middle was actually cold. After not touching it for 10 min manager finally came up and got me a new one, which was medium-well but I just ate it bc I couldn’t wait to leave at that point. Obviously, we didnt take our chances on desert. My date summed it up best. He said the restaurant staff reminded him of the Biden administration. They’re hiring to meet quota but lack competence. I will never be back, nor would I recommend it

    The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I was seated in an area where there was not enough light and I could barely see my food or my partner. For reference, I was seated in a corner.

    Very noisy and really tight seating! It’s hard to have good conversation and the crowd distracts from the ambiance. It’s also very expensive for what you receive. The dishes are way too small and drink are overpriced. Not rushing back

    I was there for a birthday brunch so we sampled brunch and regular items. Food was tasty, service was good. I thought the lobster roll was a bit scanty of lobster for its price .

    Everything was pretty good overall. For the price I will be a bit picky, steak was cooked to incorrect temperature and drinks were slow to the table. Food had great flavor.

    The food is phenomenal! I has their chicken that was to die for. Their mushroom pizza is so good. I have never had a bad meal. I would recommend Bar Siena to everyone! Service was amazing. Kris B. our server was amazing. She did everything right. She has awesome customer service skills and just knows how to talk to customers in a warm way. My wife and I love coming to Bar Siena and now we will be asking for Kris B. for our server because how she works and is a team player.

    Bar Siena is too expensive for what it is. In addition, they add a surcharge to the bill. The surcharge is not disclosed at any time until you get the bill. The food was pretty good, but definitely did not warrant the cost. Service started out good but deteriorated throughout the evening.

    Gathering for family I have not seen in a while. Three of us arrived before rest of the group. Server greeted us and set table with small Plates and flatware and asked about allergies and which water we preferred. Bus person delivered waters. Server never came back to get drink orders. Server checked back after 15-20 min after remaining people arrived. Still did not take any ones drink order. Took at least another 10 or so min before she came back. We placed drink and food order at same time. A few min later she delivered 5 of 6 drinks. Did not comment on person who had ordered mocktail or an eta. Nothing. Like she had forgotten. She was no where to be found. Had to ask the runner to get her. She came to table and when asked about the mocktail she said “yea I know, I hey are a king a new batch’” and walked away. Very rude! Like we were supposed to read her mind! Food - two of us ordered avocado toast. Poached eggs were served cold! Awful. My sister-in-law ordered the bombo breakfast sandwich and was brought the bombo burger. The hostess/manager (?) came to check on us and offered to get her the breakfast sandwich even though my sister in law had said it was ok. I thought this was very courteous and the right thing to do. Thank you to the only person who seemed Customerservice oriented. The server kept referencing the evening - “anything else I can get you this evening?”, what are you having this evening?”, “have a good evening.” But we were there from 1-3 for brunch. She was as big of a disappointment as was food being cold.

    Charming atmosphere with the ceiling richly decorated with tree branches lined with glimmering lights! The food was delicious although we felt the portion sizes were a smidge smaller than they should be. The wait staff didn't rush us which was nice but that meant we did have to hunt them down at the end of our dinner. Not sure what the mysterious 3% surcharge on our bill is all about? If you need to charge more just charge more. Very odd practice ....But over all a very nice experience - we will be back for sure!

    Not only was the food delicious but our waiter Gil was fantastic. He was hands down the best waiter that I have ever experienced, he knew what I wanted before I even knew. If you go ask for Gil at Old Orchard. Definitely give him a raise!!!

    Unfortunately, we went on a Sunday evening and they were out of many things. It ended up that my older daughter didn’t even eat because they didn’t have any of the things she had asked for on the menu. The staff acknowledged it promise to make us whole on our next visit, but it was just disappointing. Plus, we had hungry teenagers with us.

    portions were very small considering the price. Quality of food was very good but pricing compared to size was overpriced. Salads could be bigger; more pasta on the plate would be appreciated. Too many restaurants in the area to pay high prices for little food.

    I have dined at Bar Siena 3-4 times since opening at Old Orchard. Unfortunately, it's been disappointing. The atmosphere and food does not match the prices on the menu. Very casual Monday night dinner for three with one glass of wine each was over $300. For that price I would expect a different experience, improved food and a more upscale atmosphere. Love having new, nice and hip restaurants in our area but feel like they are missing the mark on the pricing for what you get. Therefore, would not recommend.

    The wait for service was too long, it took 20 mins. After that everything was good, the food was delicious. We order the Bomboburger, Caesar salad, Beet salad, Shaved beef sandwich, everyone enjoyed their food. We ordered cranberry mimosa too, delicious !

    Food and drink were wonderful, but portions (especially of drinks) were quite small for the price. Many items were also not available due to ingredient availability. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful, though and everything was delicious.
