Book your special, one-of-a-kind dining experience with Bar-Ranch Steak Company? Primarily a craft butchery emporium open Wed-Sat, providing lunch from 11am-2pm featuring some of the best Dry-Aged burgers in the DFW area.
Then at the turn of the clock we transform into a exquisite fine dining establishment. With only 6 tables you will enjoy a very intimate setting with a unique view of our one-of-a-kind dry-aging room. Highlighted by a 300 sqft illuminated Himalayan salt wall, you will see cuts of prime and exotic beef such as Japanese Brown Wagyu (Akaushi), A4 & A5 Japanese Black Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, American Wagyu and some of the very best USDA Black Angus Beef you will ever experience.

    They have changed things up a bit and now only serve awesome Wagyu. I miss the charcuterie appetizer, other than that, it is still a fantastic restaurant with amazing food. Very special occasion worthy!

    My wife and I had dinner here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We are both big foodies. This was an experience to remember. From the service to the amazing food to the young man we asked to take our photo with Lance and the team. We recommend anyone that loves steak to visit BAR-Ranch. You will not be disappointed. Normally not a brussel sprout fan but these at BAR-Ranch are amazing. When you visit tell them all Jeff and Ginny said hello.

    This is not your typical steak house! Let me start by saying that you get what you pay for and this steak is sublime. It is expensive but it is Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. The menu is very limited and they only have steak but if you call ahead they will prepare a fish dish or a vegetarian dish for you. Seriously though, this place is about the steak and the cost is worth every penny because you will never get steak like this anywhere else. The service is extremely personalized and you will go away full. This place is a true gem.

    Continues to be our favorite steak spot. Very cozy, romantic with perfectly made steaks. Service 10/10 and owner makes everyone feel like they’re the only customers there. Just can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Very reasonable (bordering on inexpensive) corkage fee!
