   We went with friends who had been there before and recommended that we go during happy hour - what a great deal, 3 - 8 every day with half price drinks and appetizers - although the appetizers were limited on the HH menu, the food was great and I'd definitely go back again - the ONLY complaint...they have what looks like a great outdoor patio with a great view of the outdoor stages, but they have NO fans on the patio - what? - in Texas, in the spring and summer, it can be a little warm sitting outside, but quite nice if there's air moving - with no fans, the patio becomes much less enjoyable - too bad

   Birthday for my wife with 14 guests. We sat for at least 30 minutes before our drink orders were taken. There was a small to moderate crowd. A manager filled in and took our drink orders to his credit; after I complained. The food was good and the price was moderate. One of my guests never received their meal until most of us were almost done; and after I complained once again. Our waitress was terrible; she had an attitude the entire night until asking for a good tip. I am not judging her; just describing her as heavy with lots of tattoos (don’t know name so just describing). I scheduled my reservations way in advance so their staff would be prepared for my wife’s birthday so their was no excuse for the poor service other than poor management and poor service.

   Had a reservation at 7:15 and arrived on time. Apparently the hostess was also doubling as a server and had no help seating people. We finally were seated at 7:30 and the hostess/server promptly disappeared. Our drink and food order was taken by committee as to who was available and we could get their attention. Was not impressed with the Ceviche but the tacos were okay. Overall it was not a good experience. Now I hear the restaurants in the Dallas Beat area have been closed including this one. Not a big surprise. They did not seem prepared for the amount of people. Such a shame. It is a good concept.

   Good location, idea, atmosphere and horrible execution. The service was close to non-existent and what attention we received was uniformed and poorly trained. Management was nowhere to be seen and had every table on the patio upset with 40 minute drink waits to longer for simple appetizers. Nobody that worked there seemed to have a clue. We were there for a largely attended concert and it should not have been a surprise all these people were coming. The restaurant wasted a huge opportunity to get e good vibe, service customers and make a ton of money. If I owned it, there would be new managers and staff would have to be increased and retrained. Frustrating experience.

   While the food was really good, the service was utterly chaotic. All around us, and including us, drink orders were taking 1/2 an hour to come out. Food was also taking much longer and I observed at least three tables around us where the orders came out wrong. (Our drink order after 35 minutes also came out wrong.) We were attending a concert at the Music Factory, as were many of our fellow diners. How can any of the many restaurants around there not anticipate that there would be a lot of customers before events at the Music Factory, in addition to Friday night diners. They definitely need to staff up to be able to handle that many people. I would not recommend to anyone to try to go before a show, which is a shame because it is such a great idea to have all the bars and restaurants around there.

   Concert that night and the restaurant was NOT prepared. Sat outside and it was a disaster from the start.

   Went in for Happy Hour food and drinks before the Steely Dan/Doobie Brothers Concert. It really hit the spot and was very affordable. The patio id adjacent to the main outdoor stage and after concerts there is a band on it playing until late. It's a gem and we will be back!

   Food and service was espectacular!! The night we went they were “short staffed” with servers. However, service was amazing! Highly recommended!
