We love Bar Italia, but last night we waited 33 minutes for our food because of a new menu. The manager came to our table and apologized and adjusted our bill, which we appreciated! We will continue to visit!

Had a pleasant evening celebrating a friend‘s birthday. The food was incredible. The drinks were good and the ambience was fabulous. Definitely must go again.

About 15 minutes after ordering, our waitress informed us that you were out of the Osso Buco. We also ordered the bread which she never brought and we were very hungry after waiting for the oso buco. When our entrées came, I asked for the bread, and she said, you still want it? She was very short, rude, informal, and not what I would expect from this restaurant. After finding out there was no Oso Buco, we ordered a pizza instead, and it came out before the other entrée and sat there getting cold for about five minutes while we waited, and it was undercooked. We’ve had some really great experiences at bar Italia, but this did not live up to them.

Our food was delicious as always. Our server was very helpful with the menu. He made sure that our food was to our liking.

Outstanding! We love the food and atmosphere. Every time we come we see friends here as well. Our waitress Ava was excellant again!

When the server approached us and we asked her how she was doing, she said she was ready to go home. The application allowed us to make a reservation at 10:45, however, the server didn’t even give us a minute to look over the menu, she stayed right there, waiting for us to put in the order immediately. She brought us boxes while we were chewing our food. I work in the service industry, and I would expect my table to sit down, eat, and leave in 15 minutes. In the industry we are in sometimes we get out early, sometimes we get out late. Sometimes we make good tips, and sometimes we don’t. We win some and we lose some, but we do not treat guest that way before the restaurant is even closed.
