    The service was very good. The food was fine, but portions are small. Loud Latin music wasn’t what we were expecting. It was distracting to hear drumming and trumpets while trying to enjoy a quiet Sunday brunch in a beautiful room. The room was the best part of the experience.

    It was last mint reservation for birthday celebration 🎂. Initially we ask for 3 people and asked them to added one more guest in the reservation. I was surprised they adjust it very well got us table next to fireplace.

    It was my friend's and I's first time at Bar George and we had a wonderful experience! The food was incredible and so was the service. We ended our night in the bar area and it was fabulous. We will definitely go there again with more friends!

    First I didn’t get the table I reserved. Second, the prices are ridiculous too high, risotto at $70 for lunch, it’s a non-sense! And there are only 2 dishes for vegetarians. Very disappointing.

    It was one of the best experiences I've had in Montreal, especially the attention, from the entrance, and at the bar preparing the best drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are also delicious!

    My husband and I ordered the same appetizer but different main dishes. We loved the appetizers and our mains were delicious! The flavour was just right. The lobster risotto had a very nice twist, with the addition of mint. We will be back ,

    Overpriced, 70$ for a lobster risotto that tasted like it was made with frozen lobster, bread tasted stale. Waiters didn’t look around to see if you need anything, we needed to flag a waiter down each time our glass was empty or needed something. At the end of our meal our waiter had just disappeared and we finally got up and asked the host for the bill. It’s a beautiful building, but the music was loud and the dining room was so hot. I’ve been before and always had a great experience, I’m hoping this is just an off night.

    Staff was very disorganized and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to clear a table for us. Bad start. Service was ok but slow. And it was not busy.
