Out of towners looking for a late breakfast. Googled “best brunches in Edmunds” and this place came up. Didn’t expect to roll up to a strip mall joint, but we were so presently surprised by the nice welcoming interior. Difficult menu, as in, we wanted everything! Went with the Chinese churro donuts, the kimchi moco burrito, and the pork belly chile verde hash. All three were fantastic!! Doesn’t hurt that they had good coffee too. Regrettably, I had no room for a Carajillo, a recently discovered favorite of mine, but I will try again next time!

We have been many times. The food is always delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance is terrific. We always make reservations. The service is usually terrific. Not this time. First time meeting this server. We've been going for years. He informed us he'd been there well over a year. We just never met. From the off we appeared to be a burden. We tried to make a connection to improve the interaction . That did not help. We have family in service so we know how it works. We tried to understand what might be happening in his night But, the diners beside us were getting a very different experience. It was very strange. It really ruined our night. I should probably only give the experience a 2 star.

Wonderful experience we will be back! Dojo platter and birria ramen, oysters, and two spirit free drinks. We need to go back and try everything else!

Another exquisite meal at Bar Dojo. Dumplings both fried and steamed are absolutely delicious! Chicken satay was perfect with fantastic peanut sauce and the smash burger was well seasoned and expertly cooked. This is our second time coming in as many months, this time to celebrate both our anniversary and my birthday. We were thrilled to see we had the same server as last time, this lovely, helpful and incredibly personal waiter named Chad. The perfect blend of attentive without being overbearing. Even brought a surprise sorbet out at the end! Such nice people and great food. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Always an enjoyable experience with great food and service. We were there for our anniversary and was told "Happy Anniversary" by almost all the staff.

Bar Dojo is one of favorite places to go as a special treat. The cocktails are fantastic, service is always friendly and helpful, food is amazing. I love that the vegetarian meals are so flavorful and the whole menu is full of surprising and delicious combinations.

First a disclaimer - we came for brunch so I can't assess the dinner. This is a foodie restaurant - in many cases the dishes are creative takes on basic items, i.e. not just strawberries with the waffles, but pickled strawberries. Overall the results were interesting - in the good sense of the term - and in some instances, outstanding. On the downside, the chicken that came with the waffles had a decent enough sauce but the breading was leathery and the chicken was dry. The pandan waffles were very good but nothing exceptional except for the green color. But the nuts and pickled strawberries accompanying them were outstanding. The eggs Benedict sauce - with yuzu - really worked, and the potatoes that came with it were excellent. So not everything was a bull's eye - hence my rating of 4 instead of 5 - but the creative approaches made the food at very least interesting and in some areas, excellent. The restaurant is very loud when crowded but it is definitely an attractive space with a energetic vibe. Service was a tad slow IMHO but since it was very crowded I hesitate to mention that - in other words, it was not due to inattentive wait staff. All in all, the food ranged from good with some excellent elements and I'd definitely go again.
