Immerse yourself in an exquisite array of meticulously curated cocktails and spirits. A collection that merges the comfort of the known with the thrill of the enigmatic. We invite you to indulge in an experience that will embolden your senses where each sip promises an adventure to the far reaches of flavor and craft.

Walk-ins are encouraged! We are accepting on very limited number of reservations. Due to our limited seating, we have a strict 10 minute grace period for all reservations.

All reservations are for 90 minute time slots.

Our food menu is served throughout the night. Dinner time slots are specifically designated for guests who would like to enjoy dinner.

Please note that we do not accept cash as a form of payment.

Absolutely adore this place, cocktails, service, the people that work there 10/10. My only complaint is that the outdoor seating is almost insufferable due to the closed in but outdoor porch that neither allows for nor has any means of allowing air flow. If you make a reservation in the summer time DO NOT sit outside until they fix the extreme lack of air flow. But seriously their cocktails are so good and such a flavorful experience if you are a foodie you will love.

The service was great. The spicy tuna roll may be the best sushi roll I’ve EVER had. Will be returning. 10/10!

I'm glad I was able to visit but it may be my last visit as well. The space is very nice, ambiance is nice, drinks were amazing. it's a small bar tucked away for a great experience. We didn't try the food, just drinks. Definitely a great spot with a partner or friends

The waiter was extremely nice and knew the menu very well. He recommended a drink to myself and the drink was great and prepared perfectly. Thank you.

Bar Colette is good! I do like it and I’ll keep coming back however there are a few things I don’t totally love and I think if they’re fixed, it’d certainly improve the experience. The music was good but way too loud and it was hard to have a conversation. There’s next to nothing worse than having to scream-talk to the person you’re sitting right next to when the setting is more of an intimate conversation style bar and not a nightclub. As for the sushi, it’s fine however, it lacks flavor for the price they’re charging. Especially when they’re right next-door to an incredible sushi spot, Namo. I was shocked when they said they don’t get their sushi from Namo. The cocktails however are why I keep coming back. Their spicy margarita, martinis, specialty cocktails are amazing and worth every penny. My only suggestion here is to stop using those extra long ice cubes because it makes the drinking experience really tough. It constantly wants to come out making it hard to actually drink the cocktail. Other than this, I really love Bar Colette and will definitely keep coming back because the vibe is amazing and the drinks are truly so good. There’s just a few things I wish were fixed.

Food and drinks were excellent but totally ignored by service staff. There was a table of people apparently much more important than we were that they were bringing out all kinds of special items to impress. We would have spent probably another $150 on additional food and drinks but no one could be bothered to ever come by the table to check on us. We finally gave up and went next door to Village Burger and shared a fantastic mushroom and swiss burger and truffle shoestring fries and were able to laugh about the James Beard nominated disaster.
