Located in the West Village, Bar Bolonat offers an exuberant celebration of modern Mediterranean and new Israeli cuisines. Bold flavors and spices are staples on Chef Einat Admony’s playful, seasonally-inspired menu. Sharing is encouraged when selecting from small plates, appetizers and entrees. Menu offerings change often, and we use local, seasonal, sustainably harvested produce where possible.
The Wine list features an array of small production from various Mediterranean countries, including Israeli wines, high-quality selections with an emphasis on traditional and natural winemaking. Our wine list is hand-chosen for flavor, uniqueness and tradition.
Bar Bolonat can host parties for up to 20 guests in the private dining room, and the full restaurant is available for large private functions for lunch or dinner. The full restaurant can accommodate up to 55 guests for seated events and up to 75 guests for cocktail receptions.
Creative, delicious food - quite a different cuisine. Liked that all the plates are shared so that you could sample more items. Cauliflower, eggplant and lamb kebabs were the highlights. Warm service - a little loud. Will definitely go back!
