The food was great! Tapas is on point. My bf and I got small plates and 2 margaritas($8 piece served in a whiskey glass) . Total cost not including tip = $80. Personal favs were the barbacoa nachos, bacon wrapped dates, barbacoa quesadilla, and the mac and cheese brisket taco is worth a try(it's 5 per taco).

All in All if you've never had tapas it's definitely a good spot for either date night or a nice dinner with friends.

Overall good experience! There is complimentary valet parking behind the building. We made reservations and sat on the patio which was heated. Good service. Tasty food - we ordered a little of everything. Loved the seared scallops and the grilled shrimp tacos. The bar.bacoa nachos were a great starter. The “as you wish” is the perfect cocktail- taste just like a spiked strawberry lemonade.

My husband and I decided to try Barbacoa for the first time as we explore new restaurants this year. It did not disappoint. I do recommend making a reservation as COVID has made seating limited. We came at 6:30 and they had a table ready for us at least 6 feet from any others. The staff were wearing masks and gloves and we felt super safe and taken care of.

The drinks were super yummy, highly recommend the Risky Business for something sweeter and seasonal, and the Stay Classy for something refreshing. The ambiance was also nice with good music and dim lighting (date night vibes).

Everything we ate was 10/10!!!! I wasn't expecting the portions to be so generous. We definitely over ordered and over ate! My favorite was the Chile rubbed bbq salmon. Not sure what was better, the grits underneath or the salmon!! The chicken Tinga taco was also delish. We had the impossible, cauliflower and Baja tacos (both 10/10) and patatas bravas and street corn.

We will be coming back :)

The food is great and service is usually very good. But there doesn't seem to be any social distancing for tables and the place was packed.

Can not recommend Bar.bacoa enough! This has become one of our favorite places and our go to for solid drinks and tapas style shareable food. Service is great too!

We picked this spot as a quick rendevous with a friend who was visiting from out of town. The environment was chill and inviting. The food was delicious - we had guacamole + chips, Mexican street corn, Spanish potatoes, and Shishito peppers as appetizers and barbacoa nachos, with a couple of buffalo cauliflower tacos and impossible tacos. Cocktails were tasty too! Our server was very attentive and helpful. Our food came out quickly and tasted fresh. Can't wait to visit again!

Cool spot, you can sit indoors or outside. The food was pretty good and the ambience was calming, my only thing was that the lighting. It was a little too dark for my liking, could barely see the menu and I wasn't the only one, other patrons had the same trouble. The tacos and tapas, on point.

Social distancing enforced and food was pretty good. I did not care for the goat cheese balls but everything else I ordered was pretty tasty.

We eat here frequently because it's very consistent - food, service, ambiance etc. We love that they've gone back to more of the type of food it was back in the old Noche days. The service is great, and they've done a great job of managing operations with COVID in mind.

We had a reservation, but when we asked to sit outside was told it was a 2 hour wait. Food was good , could not afford to try any tequila $$. Maybe could be fortunate to enjoy the patio next time?
