An approachable, bourbon-centric restaurant located on the 20th floor at the corner of Rush St. and Erie St. Mark Twain once said, "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough." Renowned chef Richard Sandoval has partnered with Chicago local, James Lintelmann, to create Baptiste & Bottle named in honor of Chicago's first resident, Jean Baptiste Point du Sable. For breakfast, brunch, and dinner, guests will enjoy an elevated dining experience featuring regional menus paired with a one of a kind bourbon and cocktail program surrounded by spectacular views of the Chicago skyline.
